Great stay with little fuss. Just a quick walk to the beach and pool. Home was beautiful and clean. Great place to stay!

We loved staying at Pura Vida - best location short of staying on the beach! This place is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach and the heated community pool, which was never crowded - even over spring break! Getting a heated pool was a MUST for us in March, as we have previously stayed at places with pools that weren't heated - a little too chilly for us in March. We also loved the peace and quiet at night, and that fact that our security was wonderful - no one allowed past the gate without a wristband, and no one after 10:00pm without the key card to open the gate (which only residents have). The beach is absolutely wonderful, and it was super easy to rent beach chairs with umbrellas, although we could have easily used the ones provided as well (we just had a bigger group of friends on spring break as well, so we chose to rent chairs with bigger umbrellas for the group). Jenn was so easy to communicate with, and she answered all questions quickly. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was great! If you haven't been to 30A before, this would be a fantastic spot for a couple, or a family. She will also put you in touch with someone who will deliver bikes to the house for you if you'd like to rent them (which I highly recommend). All in all, it was a fantastic trip!

The house was perfect. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked, some fun games for the kids, extra beach stuff/toys. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing. From the moment that we pulled into the parking space, we were thrilled to be staying at the house. My wife just loved all of the details and considerations throughout the house. Games for kids to play, beach toys, everything that you would need to have a great time at the beach. The house was warm and inviting with all of the details that make for a first class stay. Our five nights flew by with all of the time at the beach, which is a very short walk, biking around town, and time spent with family relaxing after a fun day. The entire family enjoyed the house and of course the location. My wife was ready to book our next years fall break at the same house in 2023. Thank you for everything!

The property looked great online but wow, when we arrived we all said it looks even better in person than the pictures. We were pleased. House was clean, well decorated, new and modern. Zero complaints! Location was so convenient next to the beach and pool. When the babies are bigger, we plan to rent bikes next visit for easy travel to stores and restaurants. Great vacation rental!

The location and size for our family of 6 was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed- it had EVERYTHING we needed to start vacation right away. The owners were so easy to communicate and super helpful with recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. The house was the perfect size for our family of five and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were comfortable and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. Rosemary Beach is full of restaurants and shops within east walking distance. And of course, the beach and pool are very close. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Jenn!

Jenn and family were the ultimate hosts — their hospitality is unparalleled! They communicated promptly (despite themselves being on vacation) and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The house itself was well appointed and perfectly suited to our family’s needs. Loved the bathroom step stool to accommodate younger children! They have all the basic beach supplies available for your use, and the house is conveniently situated close to the pool and beach. We loved our stay, and have already recommended the listing to other friends.

Easy, simple and very painless

The rental process was super easy - the owners very communicative. Checkin was simple and as expected. We love the Sunset Beach community. The location is perfect; and heated pool and beach are awesome and so close. We found the house to have pretty much anything you’d need! We loved all the extras like great beach towels, a pie plate so I could make my pie for Thanksgiving, a sticky note book to write our grocery list on, and so much more. The beds were comfortable and everyone was happy. We’ve already booked to come back!

Great location with nice layout. This is extremely convenient to the beach. The staff at the beach is excellent also. This is a great place for families with or without kids. The house is very well-stocked also.

Nice location. Walkable to many locations from shops to beach. Largest drag was beach had a public-feel due to crowd size.

Our family has visited the 30A area almost every year for the last five years and we’ve stayed in several communities. Pura Vida was our favorite vacation home by far. It’s spotless, cleverly organized, cozy, stylish, pretty and stocked with everything a family needs. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, just one block from the boardwalk, which makes it easy to duck back into the house to whip up lunch or grab a forgotten item. It’s also a short 5-10 min jaunt to area restaurants and the famous Sugar Shack so grabbing dinner and dessert after a beach day is simple to do without ever having to get in your car. Jenn is on top of it- very responsive and friendly. She went out of her way to help us out before & after our trip. Book this property! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home, close to the beach, walking distance to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Property met all of our needs and contributed to a memorable Spring break for family and grandkids.

This house was wonderful. Every thoughtful touch that you need when you're away but you don't think of when you're packing! It was super clean, plenty of room, lots of extras, and the location is ideal. We will definitely be renting again... oh and we particularly loved the charming lights in the patio/courtyard and loved the comfy chairs under the deck by the front porch...great place to unwind after a long day on the beach!

Had a blast and loved the location. We were steps from the beach and that is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely visit again!

Short walk to beach and pool. Short bike ride to Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest. Gated community. Only downside was overcrowded beach but that is expected in this area during peak season. Lolas Coastal Italian restaurant was a quick bike ride and was excellent. We rented bikes at Peddlers Cove, a short walk away. Also ate dinner at Red Bar, La Cocina, and Stinky’s and all were very good.

the ONLY complaint we had about the property is that the oven doesn’t work. absolutely everything else was exceptional. just be ready to eat out a lot!
