I can't find a single fault with this hotel. It was a 10/10 experience in every department. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. Every person we met from the management to the cleaners were so nice , a special mention for Yogesh our waiter . He was amazing as was the food, I looked forward to breakfast and dinner every day . The selection was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel it's a must visit . Pete c

well, I think it’s 3 star hotel. when you paying this amount of money then you are expecting something better. I didn’t like that they are asking additional payment for safe using. I didn’t like that they don’t have welcome water in the room. I didn’t like the quality of pillows and linen. Only 3 chairs in the garden for 4 people in the room. Ocean beach about 1 km of walk. They do have infinity pool but they don’t allow to swim with my children. So I’m not recommend this hotel to stay. Never again.

The buffet breakfast was very good and plenty of choice from fresh fruit, bread and cooked meals. There was a good variety to choose from and the staff were really helpful.

There was nothing that disappointed us and we liked everything that was on offer the only thing I would say that some people seemed to try to reserve sun beds by the pool and towels were left alone on loungers but no one seemed to police this element as it was stated in the property that this was not allowed and towels were not removed.

Excellent food (buffet and a la carte choices were all very good), very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, excellent shower, nice pool areas, fantastic gardens, good location right on the front at Meloneras and close to Maspalomas beach

Queen rooms in the garden have poor ventilation/extract fans so they are a bit damp and have a lot of condensation (could be due to the time of year, March, as it's cool in the evenings)

Spacious room, bathroom. Buffet dinner was very wide range, we enjoyed it.

Room was a bit outworn. Not so appropriate for families with children, not much to do. Pools are cold. There was a waitress Joanna who asked us to leave the table where we sat to have dinner, though there wasn’t an option to book a table in advance- seems like she “booked” table for other guests. This was very unpleasant moment at 5 star hotel. Not coming back.

Nice pool area. Staff friendly and efficient.

Rooms are not 5 star standard, neither is the food. Holiday makers throw towels on prime deckchairs amd leave empty for most of the day. Unacceptable anywhere but especially for a 5 star hotel.

I just loved everything, the hotel, the staff, the food, the pool views, location, level and quality of service. My stay has definitely over exceeded my expectations.

There was literally nothing I did not like about the hotel and the days I have spent there.

The view and nice trees/ green areas

The beds were terrible. We tried three rooms and all were not flat but with a whole in the center. They need new mastress asap
