Las habitaciones eran grandes y muy completas. El restaurante bien aunque con poca variedad.

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. La piscine est très belle avec une jolie vue sur des palmiers. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et literie est bonne. Le restaurant est bon. Possibilité de louer un scooter pour aller aux points d’intérêts de la région dont Amed qui est à 20 minutes.

Pas grand chose à faire à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel, nécessite forcément un scooter.

L’ensemble de l’établissement, bien entretenu et propre. La gentillesse des employés, toujours prêts à répondre aux attentes.

Rien en particulier

Palmterrace was just outstanding in every way. The whole resort is oriented over a huge lush valley with mountain views which took our breath away. The rooms are just as beautiful - we spent one night in the one bedroom Chalet and it was just wow! The views over the valley were spectacular from the bedroom especially at sunrise and the size and comfort of the space was amazing. Our second night we moved to a standard villa by the pool (because the chalet wasn’t available) and it was still luxurious and spacious. The rooms and pool are oriented to make the most of the spectacular views. The lovely staff made our stay extra special - nothing was too much trouble and they were just delightful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and both evenings and were impressed by the selection and quality. Not too many places offer dragonfruit chia smoothies with the standard breakfast! Wifi was really good throughout the stay despite some heavy rain and we appreciated the free mineral water provided. We loved the area - there are some amazing views nearby including the incredible Berina rice terrace about 15 mins by scooter. Can’t wait to return!

Le cadre de l’hôtel est juste magnifique, le personnel très agréable, le lieu est perdu en pleine nature et très bien entretenue. C’est l’endroit parfait si vous souhaitez du calme et de la reconnection à la nature !

This is one of the nicest stays we've had. It is away from major tourist spots, but we enjoyed having space and tranquillity. Well worth an extra effort to get off the tourist path.

Great new spacious rooms with awesome bathrooms. Huge infinity edge pool with beautiful view of mountains and Lempuyang temple and awesome staff, so kind!!

Everything was awesome! Yes, location is a bit remote but you know that when you book it. We loved the peace and quiet. And if you want you can organise transport for trips to keep you busy.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás nagyon tiszta, mindennel felszerelt. A reggeli bőséges és finom, a többi étel is nagyon finom. Elhelyezkedése a keleti látnivalókhoz nagyon közel van, csendes nyugodt helyen. Medence nagyon jó.
