The Island Adults only överträffade våra förväntningar. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Vi hittade alltid en solstol och maten var bra. Hotellets 3 pooler har olika teman en för relax, en ”vanlig” och en för mer action med DJ etc. Väldigt vackert hotell man tror att man är i Karibien. Stranden är jättefin och hotellet erbjuder gratis solstolar. Städningen var utmärkt. Hotellets mat var bäst i hela området så vi rekommenderar er att ta en halvpension. DJen Theodore var väldigt bra.

Die Hotelanlage war groß und hat viel geboten. Die Pools und allgemeine Ausstattung in den gemeinschaftsbereichen war sehr gut, perfekt zum erholen.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreiche sein können. Der Abfluss in den Zimmern hat stark gerochen und die Klimaanlage war nicht leistungsstark genug für die Zimmer.

Beliggenheden tæt ved strand, gode pools.

Ontbijt en avondmaaltijd met zicht op zee

1. Betaald voor zwembad- geen zon meer na 13u 2. Avondbuffet: meestal lauw of koud !! 3. Animatie: zeer beperkt 4. Zeer slecht internet 5. Omgeving vervallen, veel dicht, op 2 km een centrum klopt niet ol de simpele reden dat het amper een centrum te noemen valt!!

2 Adults - Stayed 1st to 11th August 2023 in room 111. A Cool Junior Suite (hotels name for this suite), with seaview and balcony, on the 1st floor. We booked via a 3rd party paying €3640 (£3150.00), including breakfast. Flights and transfers extra. We booked this hotel as it had the following critical features we wanted hence we were willing to pay the high price. Air conditioning - this for us is a huge importance especially for my wife who is menopausal and suffers from extreme hot flushes. Seaview - We love a great view and it’s one of the things we look for as we live in a City. Balcony - We love sitting watching the Sun go down and a night cap on returning to the room after a night out, watching the ocean. The suite came with a full bathroom including jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower, walk in wardrobe, open plan lounge area / bedroom and butlers pantry; two balcony’s with double sliding doors over looking the gardens onto the sea. The suite has four air conditioning vents, bathroom, walk in wardrobe, hallway and bedroom area with two control unit’s which were both set to: On-Cold-Full Power-Zero degrees. Room was an odd wedge shape and each balcony was only bigger enough for one chair and a table so a couple would have to each sit on a separate balcony and communicate via hand signals! Now it’s not a huge issue but it’s not what is shown in the photos of the “Cool Junior Suite” on the hotel’s website nor is it mentioned anywhere in the hotel or room description. So on arrival we were disappointed with the setup and felt let down as it was not what we had ordered and paid for. Aircon - We arrived in the suite at about 1530 hrs, and although the aircon was on as above the suite was stifling hot. We thought we would give it a few hours to get going just in case it had been switched on just before we arrived. On returning to the suite several hours later it was still extremely hot and unpleasant.
