We brought a group of teens for winter break. We had a blast. Property was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. The pools and hot tubs were nice as well. We would rent this place again.

We had a few minor issues. When we first arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned but they were quick to get housekeeping in to get it dealt with. The hot water heater in a unit below us was being replaced one day and we were not informed our water would be temporarily shut off. It was a minor inconvenience but was over in just a couple hours so not a big deal. And the upstairs bedroom had AC but no heat (and it was unfortunately cold while we were there) we never contacted maintenance about it though bc the kids didn’t seem to mind it being cooler up there. Overall the property was awesome! Close to some fun activities. The space in the actual condo was comfortable and welcoming. They provided plenty of dishes and towels which was really great. Lots of room for everyone to hang out. The pools and hot tubs were really nice. The condo was well maintained and nice inside. Our kids thought the spiral stairs leading to their own little room was so cool. Definitely great for a family or group. We would stay again. It was a great time and enjoyable!

Unit was portrayed just as it was online. Unit was very clean and up to date. It was very spacious having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus 3 different balconies.. Entire complex was very nice and well kept. Couple of things to mention is that when we first got our keys at the guard shack, the key to the doorknob lock would not open. It looked like the lock was rusty and weathered for the salt air from the beach from storms. I had to ask the person at the guard shack for another key because I couldn't open the door and didn't want to snap the key off in the lock.. With the other key I just barely got the door to unlock. other than that everything else was fine.

Facility was probably the best beach front property in the area. Very clean and in great proximity to other areas. We did have an initial problem with our room but the staff quickly acted and moved us to something more suitable. Very professional staff and resort. Pool and hot tub were AWESOME. Will definitely be visiting again soon!!

We arrived about 90 minutes early with a car full of groceries & they graciously accomodated us with an early check-in. Unfortunately, the freezer & refrigerator weren't cold. We contacted the property manager & were told the cleaning company leaves them open after they clean the fridge, so they typically need 24 hours to get cold. We arrived on a Sunday - by Thursday the refrigerator finally seemed cold & the things we had in the freezer (juice boxes, water bottles, ice cream & bacon) did not freeze the entire 5 days we were there). We kept management informed - including a text as we departed on Friday (six days ago) to let them know they should get the fridge/freezer looked at, but did not receive a response of any kind. Also, when we arrived, there was a door hanger on the front door from Spectrum with a "Sorry we missed you" note. We walked in & found that neither TV nor internet worked. Again, communicated this to management & they graciously brought a hot spot over on Monday so we could at least get some internet access. TV/Internet didn't get restored til Wednesday. The ad says it's a beachfront beach deck but the condo is actually towards the back of the property with a view of one of the pools, but no view of the beach. It also says the master suite is upstairs - the upstairs bedroom actually has two queens; the master is on the main floor. Positives: They provided beach towels, had a clean condo with a well supplied kitchen (other than the fridge/freezer that needs attention), it was decorated & furnished nicely and check-in/check-out were very easy. Maybe we just hit this condo on an off week with the tv/internet & fridge/freezer issues but we'll be staying somewhere else next time we're in South Padre.

Condo was nice. Only issues were that water pressure was low. Faucet metal filters are severely oxidized. Wifi does not reach top floor well. Otherwise it was a nice and clean and updated beach condo. Lots of parking too. Easy access to beach. Nice 2 pools.

We had a problem with the fridge not cooling. Problem was fixed on day three of our stay. Otherwise lots of space . Beautiful gardens and two pools. Very close to the beach. Lots of security. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you need except for kitchen towel and sponge. There is a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker. Some minor maintenance issues loose door handles faucets in bathroom need aerators one shower head needs replacement. Lots of towels and beach towels. Comfortable living room couch and love seat. Three TVs. Stairs to get to condo are easy to use even for an elderly woman. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, cozy, and clean was our experience at this condo. Would recommend it and would definitely visit it again. If you love a beautiful sunrise this is a great place to see one.

This condo was just perfect! Super clean and the beach decor was so cute. It contained everything we needed for our 3 night stay except coffee filters but I bought some and left them so future guests would have them too! Could use some mixing bowls but we made do as we cooked most of our meals. We were surprised to find life jackets for the kids, pool towels, and every kitchen gadget you could need. Both pools are very close to the unit and the beach is indeed just a brief walk away. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful! Definitely recommend staying here. Next time we would like an oceanfront property but we had zero complaints about this condo. Had a wonderful stay!

This is the first time we stayed in this property and completely forgot to read the ratings & feedback. Luckily it turned out to be a spectacular place. Gardens, pool and beach access were phenomenal, and best part, not a lot of check out to do list instructions 😜 Dogs were welcomed and that made it even more special. We had a wonderful time while visiting SPI. Our stay in you property was very relaxing. Although it was on the 3rd (and 4th) floors we didn’t feel it was an inconvenience. The close proximity to the pool and beach access was great.

The location was as advertised which I really appreciate. There was plenty of space for me and my friends(6), and the location was perfect. Witching walking distance to Clayton’s beach bar, bar Louie, a cigar lounge and of course the beach! There is a nice big pool and hot tub which was very relaxing. I was able to communicate with the host very well but there were no issues. Overall a great stay!

Great property, easy check in process.

Either I missed it or wasn’t mentioned in 1st description I read…was noted after I booked 3rd floor condo no elevator a lot of trips up and down..got good exercise not all bad.. Needs updates counter chairs and dining chairs throw out and cleaning crew needs pep talk... Top of frig doesn’t need to be cleaned??hadn’t been in a while.. Got a little cool couple nights upstairs BR no heat getting up there..over all condo stay was maybe a 3

We enjoyed our stay, the weather was perfect and the condo was right in the beach. We would definitely come again.

The property grounds were well maintained the actual building needed some maintenance. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the doors looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There were stains of the sofa and rug indicating a deep clean would be good. But all appliances worked and the AC was great. The unit is very spacious and comfortable.

Property is very well kept with two pools and the beach within walking distance. Condo was absolutely perfection!

Clean & size described was right. Only six rolls of toilet paper for six people for five days. But overall great place close to pool & parking. Stuff real helpful.

The booking and checkin was very easy. The condo is nice and spacious( party of 7 and plenty of space). I received a text the day we were to arrive with a name and contact info for any questions, or issues should we need it . (Unfortunately this did not help when we needed it) We tried contacting people upon arrival that the AC was not working and over 80 degrees in the room. They finally arrived on day 4 of our trip to fix it. Reason given was our contact was on time off. ( Hello- have someone else on call if your on time off) Location was good and grounds are clean. You get a security tag for vehicle and wrist bands for each person are given at check in. No vehicle or other people without bands are allowed to come to property so don’t plan on having friends come hang out with you bc they will not be allowed in. (24 hr security at gate) This unit is on the 3rd floor (no elevators). This was not an issue for us , but if you have probs with stairs, this would be an issue. Don’t expect to enjoy the beach here. It is blocked off and has big equipment, pipes, and workers blowing up mud all day and a complete mess. There is a small path you can walk down about 1/4 mile and get in the water but it is very nasty /muddy/ and loud with construction. They said they were extending the beach line along the coast. We were very disappointed that we booked a beach front condo rental and could not use the beach. We had to drive to a local public area and pay to go to the beach. So no renting a cabana or chairs either. This information should have been disclosed when we tried to book this vacay and we would have spent our money somewhere else. So between the air conditioner being broken half of the time and not able to use the beach, we were disappointed in this vacay. Once the air was fixed it helped us enjoy it a bit more. If your looking for a spacious condo this is a great option, but if your looking to be on the beach, until the construction is over I would look somewhere else. When we complained about the AC and beach, they apologized for not fixing it sooner and the beach being a mess but nothing else was offered and they said sorry for the inconvenience. They do have a lot of beach towels for you to use so that was helpful. Each room has a bathroom and there were 3 balcony areas to sit outside that was nice. Overall vacay is what you make of it, but beach goers BEWARE or call before booking to see if construction is over!

Absolutely the best vacation I have ever been on. This property being the main reason for that. We will be back!

We spend a midweek in SPI. We picked this condo because it looked nice online and within easy access to the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. My teenage son brought 2 friend and the upstairs bedroom was ideal. The fact that we were able to bring our dogs was important for us too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out process was super easy and convenient.

Overall it was nice, pieces of the furniture or worn, faucet in kitchen super loose but to be expected for type of property. Would book again but maybe a different unit.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully get to do it again. Didn’t mind it being on third floor . No elevator

The property was nicely decorated and all appliances worked! Enjoyed that every bedroom had their own bathroom!

Nice condo, great pools and it’s only 3 min to its own beach access. Room has everything needed to feel like home. Some Negatives is that it’s on the 3rd floor which I didn’t see in description which made it a little difficult with someone with bad knees. Dryer takes forever to dry. Overall it was good.

Overall, really liked this location and the condominium was in a great spot overlooking the pool.
