Short walk right up to beach. Amazing sunsets. All throughly enjoyed the stay.

Had the best time at Jeremy's house! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with access to a lot of different things to do all within 20 minutes. House worked perfectly for our 2 Moms, 2 Daughters and a puppy! When we locked ourselves out, Jeremy couldn't have been better to communicate with and helped us out immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us. It was close to the beach and the rooftop deck had amazing views. The kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed to prepare and enjoy our family meals. There was only 1 full bathroom but the outside shower was really nice and we used that a lot. The host was prompt with any communication and helpful with answering my questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

I bring my parents down to the Villas every winter for a weekend of shopping. This rental was very clean and comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful. And communication with the owner was very easy. This may have become a favorite spot.

This was our third visit to Jeremy's home (and there would have been more because we love Cape May and Villas in particular but his place is too often booked!). We had our usual fun time hiking, birding, dining in local restaurants, participating in a fundraising event at Cape May Theatre, seeing a movie at the Stone Harbor theatre (which was adorably decorated for Halloween), and walking the pups on the bay beach during gorgeous sunsets. We always feel as though Jeremy's is a home away from home so we are able to relax immediately. The house is always clean and welcoming. We love everything about our time there and thank Jeremy for his very gracious hospitality.

This is a very well kept property in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. We felt relaxed and safe here. We also loved the local beach on the bay and its proximity to the home. The house itself was well maintained and decorated with practical, yet stylish decor. It was a great little beach home and we hope to return soon!

Very comfortable place to stay with all the essentials. The views from the top deck were beautiful. Very close to the bay which is great for kids and dogs.

The house was very clean and well maintained, and the location is wonderful for a quiet family vacation. It’s on a lovely quiet street, just a very short walk to the beach which made it easy to pop over several times a day to go for a swim, walk the dogs, or watch the dolphins in the sunset. Our dogs loved the yard, and we loved that the fence was very secure and well maintained. The king mattress was more comfortable than the others, but all were in good condition and clean. The owner was very responsive to questions before we booked and provided helpful info before we arrived. The whole experience was great!

My family and our dog Percy had a lovely time at this house - conveniently located with wonderful amenities like outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, and roof deck all while being a short walk to the bay and an easy quick drive to the cape may beaches! I would have appreciated more prompt and complete communication with the property manager when issues arose early in the trip with household appliances. But overall the trip went smoothly!

Love this property so much!!! It is totally immaculate, comes with a fully stocked kitchen so you literally can buy your food and know that there are spices, oils, tinfoil etc. waiting just in case you need them. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, and it’s a on nice quiet street. But what we love most is stargazing at night on the upper crows nest, and the minute walk to the bay with our pup. It has the best sunsets in the area, and dolphins feeding in the morning just up the beach. Close enough for a fun drive into Cape May proper, but the perfect place to just chill out and enjoy nature and family. The owners are fabulous and have filled the house with their good vibes and very sweet decor. Can’t wait to go back! 💕

Super easy check in process. Very accommodating for a late check out. Home is really close to the beach. Roof top deck and it's views were amazing! Beach was perfect for our little ones. Fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our dogs. Neighbors are very close by but were all really friendly. We will be back for sure!

This is our second time staying at this property. Short walk to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked with household items. All floors no carpets except for throw rugs.

It was an absolutely amazing weekend to make my moms birthday extra special! Highly recommend staying here!

Jeremy's home was perfectly located and beautifully appointed while remaining perfectly comfortable for myself, my two grown daughters, and my 2.5- year-old pup. We loved the interior spaces, the picnic table on the porch, the rooftop deck, and the short walk to the beach! We made use of everything, including the short drive to all local restaurants and nature walks! I highly recommend this home.

My daughter her dog and I had a great time staying at the house 1/2 block from the beach. The dog had a great time playing ball in the yard. The house was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable, but the kitchen chairs were not. The weather didn’t cooperate, but it was February so we stayed in and watched movies. I hope to go back in warmer weather.

Our stay at the Villas was just what we needed after the Christmas holiday. The property was very clean and well stocked. Our family and small dog had a wonderful time - cooking, walking the beach and visiting Cape May. The location could not have been better. Highly recommend the Villas.

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation house on the bay. It had everything we needed. Loved taking walks around the quiet neighborhood and on the beach. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, who loved spending time outside. Great views from the rooftop deck. Jeremy was great to work with. He always responded to my inquiries quickly. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location just a few short steps to the bay beach. Beautiful sunsets enjoyed from the beach. Roof top deck was an added bonus. Enjoyed eating on the deck, grilling and some great takeout. The house had enough room inside out and was as expected.

We were really pleased with our stay at the house. It was clean, and newly renovated. There were a few hiccups at the very end of our stay, but the owner communicated quickly and nothing was really a problem. The Delaware Bay beach was very close! Less than a five minute walk. Although not as impressive as the Cape May waves, the bay beach was great for spending a quiet summer afternoon (one late afternoon, my wife and I were the only ones on the shore to watch the sunset). Overall, highly recommended place! The firepit was quite a treat for smores!

Our stay in the Lower Township was wonderful. Very comfortable house. Easy travel to Cape May. Quiet neighborhood. The bay was great for evening sunsets and wonderful for the dogs. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The property itself is just as pictured, and the living room is actually a little more spacious than it looks. We had 6 people + 1 dog stay (and even some working remotely!) in the house very comfortably. We used the grill and outdoor table every night, hung around the firepit, watch sunsets from the roof deck, etc. Dogs are allowed on the beaches outside of 11am-4pm, and our dog made so many friends throughout the week! The bay is also mostly OK to swim in. There is a QR code at the beach entrance whichyou can scan to see a report of the bay's levels that given day. It is also really easy to get to Cape May beaches (17 minute drive maximum, never had an issue finding parking on the same block as our beach entrance). The neighborhood itself was very quiet mid-week but still not a place I would consider "busy" on the weekends. We also walked roughly 1 mile to a very fun bar/restaurant called Harpoon's where you can see the sunset, have drinks/dinner, and listen to live music! Because the area is so residential, Harpoon's was bustling! If you like smoothies and local/organic/vegan products, take a drive to Green Street Market in Rio Grande! You can also rent beach bikes from Shore Bike Rentals which is a 6 min drive/15 min bike ride from the house (only $50 for a week).

We had a great time at this rental property. It was perfect for a small family and very pet friendly. It was just a short drive to the beach and just a few steps away from the bay. The sunsets were amazing. Communication with the owner was very easy with timely response. We would definitely stay again!

Me and my friends couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Everyone had plenty of room to sleep, the house had everything we needed, and the beach is incredibly close. Jeremy was also very easy to reach out to if we had any questions and was always quick to respond. We are already looking at dates to come back again next summer!

After a tumultuous year for our family, we were so grateful to have found this beautiful home to stay in this summer. It is newly renovated, comfortable, and quite a peaceful retreat . It is a few houses from the beach and a perfect vacation choice :) (not to mention pet-friendly which allowed our Lilly Rose to be with us also!) The sunsets from the rooftop deck are amazing too! The owner, Jeremy was a pleasure to rent from/ communicate with and responded promptly and supportively to our questions. Our Family enjoyed the week vacation immensely , would love to return to Bay Bliss, and was a cherished memory with our new grandson’s first trip to the beach We all Loved the house and the baby Loved the beach and ocean too !! The house was imacculately clean & Jeremy was very responsive with our questions etc during our entire stay. House location is great -quiet and with a beach at the end of the road. Roof deck is a bonus for the sunsets!!!
