The cleanliness, it was horribly outdated, no comforters, limited towels, no beach towels, had to pay for washer and dryer, the dishes were dirty, our balcony was shared with 2 other rooms so we had no privacy and everyone would look inside our place and we couldn’t sit outside without being interrupted. For the price we paid we will go to Myrtle beach!

Owner! No pool towels as stated on website unless I purchase a cabana. Or changing for tables or lounge chairs!!! I’ll never come back again. The parking sucks. I agreed to an upgrade was told it was a $7 difference it was a $448 difference!!!! Place sucks. TVs don’t work. Elevators unsafe.

Location & price was great! Parking on site which was also great! Loved the view from the balcony, could see movie playing!

The room felt damp, like the carpet & the bed. Only a flat sheet on bed, had to pull out the throw blanket from closet which felt damp & scratchy. Also in the bathroom they only had towels, no wash cloths.

The pool area was nice. Staff was nice

The room was dirty, no comforters on beds, towels were stained or soiled, dirts on walls, the room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile due to the amount of dirt. For the price I paid it was not worth it

No extra blankets. The parking was a bit frustrating. Other guests made it difficult.

Would love to come back next year the same week but I am understanding that you will be closing earlier next year

the front desk staff was rude and incompetent. We booked an oceanfront room and ended up with another unit. when complained, was told there was no oceanfront vacancy. The heat and air conditioning didn’t work. The beds were far from comfortable. The photos of the property certainly didn’t look like the same online, as in person. Still trying to figure out how this property qualifies as a resort. It was a glorified motel and the cost far exceeded the amenities.

First night was freezing in room. We tried the heat switch on the wall but was told by the front desk they are a seasonal hotel and they don't have a heating system. As all they had on our beds were sheets they offered us a blanket. My teeth chattered all night. The next night there was heat on in the hotel. Upon stepping in the small bathroom the floor was tacky in front of toilet and shower stall floor was dirty and shower doors were full of soap scum. The fridge had been shut off and we had to wait for it to cool before putting my insulin into keep cool. The "ocean view" was only viewable by standing in one small corner of the balcony. Lastly the confirmation clearly showed we were to get a breakfast credit of $15 per person, per night. The person at the front desk said it was not a part of our stay. We had changed from the original date and it was shown on both confirmations. So it was on both Bookings .com and the hotels site.

Great location, large room, and loved the huge kitchen area.

The rooms were a bit dirty, especially the carpets. Our room was only picked up once and we stayed for 3 nights.

Hostess in cafe was so personable with every patron. Room was very clean, small but set up nicely. Beds, super comfortable. Pool was great.

Breakfast was only meal served 7am to noon. They changed departure time 1/2 earlier then expected. They had lots of vacancies for end of September, but did not let us in a room earlier, by an one or two.

The staff was friendly the room was clean and the view from our balcony was very pleasant

Our suite was spacious.

The staff was nice but I had to ask questions about the normal stuff that a hotel staff would tell you…. where to go, pool policies, WiFi password… and the list goes on.
