Posizione eccezionale. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Oviedo sia da soli che in compagnia. Credo sia la soluzione ottimale per visitare la città grazie anche alla cortesia ed ai consigli del proprietario. Spero davvero di poter tornare ospite in questa incantevole struttura. Si ha la sensazione di stare a casa.
Tutto eccezionale. Da consigliare a chiunque voglia soggiornare ad Oviedo. Nessun appunto da fare.

accoglienza calorosa e ho ricevuto molte informazioni sulla città. Posizione centrale e in un quartiere tranquillo. Da qui ci si sposta a piedi verso le cose più interessanti da vedere. Appartamento equipaggiato di tutto il necessario, compresa la cucina. Letto e divano molto confortevoli.

We liked absolutely everything about the location and layout of the apartment which was well insulated, so noises in the busy city streets were never a problem.
We found the Wifi a little flaky, okay siting at one end of the kitchen table, but not so good elsewhere. That didn't bother us, but might be an issue for someone needing to join online meetings. The toaster and coffee maker had to be plugged in on the floor because there are no sockets on the worktop.

It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable and had decent kitchen facilities, but it had a very spartan, almost institutional, interior. I may have gotten the least charming unit (301) as it looked nothing like the many charming photos. But it was good for a rest day after almost three weeks on the Camino del Norte. I wouldn’t stay again as it was quite dear compared to other available properties (not as centrally located but 2/3 the price and equally charming pictures.
It is not bad, just not great and not worth the high price. But a great location in the heart of the old town.
I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. The Saturday night revelry just outside was loud and long—22:00–07:00. Be forewarned.

The location is premium, in the casco viejo and close to all amenities. The apartment was clean, bed was confortable and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. Cesar was really lovely and sent us some recommendations for our stay in Oviedo. The communication and the check-in were easy. One if the best places I ever stayed and an awesome relation quality-price.

the pillows were very soft and therefore uncomfortable. it’s a small studio so the sofa and kitchen unit is one small area: a kitchen with a sofa!

Perfectly positioned, well equipped, modern, clean and tasteful. A little small, even for two people, but lovely view into a little park with lots of light.
