Bardzo przytulny i dobrze wyposażony domek, idealny dla rodziny. Spokojnia okolica, blisko do morza, sklepu i knajpek. Parking przy domku, super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wschodniej części wyspy (polecam auto). Miły gest właścicieli w postaci podstawowych produktów spożywczych.

Lovely little house, the two bedrooms were enough for the 4 of us. It was clean and well equipped, AC both in living room and the 2 bedrooms.
Great location if you have a car and plan to travel around, as highway is relatively close. In January it was easy to reach both Ayia Napa and Nicosia or Limassol on the highway from here. Quiet, peaceful area.
The only downside I can think of now is that it was a bit difficult to find the house, as there are no numbers or signs at all. Even though the host sent us map, we weren't certain which is the right house, so were looking around for a few minutes. A sign or number would help a lot.

Im surprised with so many good comments. It was our 4th apartments during our stay in Cyprus and most uncomfortable. It is really are small prefab house, looks like it is made from "sandwich type slabs". It was written, that it is soundproofed, what was important for us with baby and it wasnt. You could hear every voice. We couldnt even take a shower or splash water in wc when children were sleeping, how loudly it was. Another thing-beds. Was written large and extra large double beds, so it is not. One is really small, just max 140, another 160.
Also we got cold in morning, we stayed in December, because a/c wasnt heating properly.
The price we paid for this "house" was too big. In beggining of December, out of season, 340eur for 4nights, so 85eur per night. It was really not worth the price.

This home was perfectly clean and orderly with all the appropriate supplies for 4-5 people to stay, though it is probably best suited to 4 people. Extras like snacks, drinks, clothes drying rack, even laundry and dish soap, made this space above our expectations. Every appliance worked well and were in excellent condition. Very close (5-10 minute walk) to two family-friendly beach entrances. We enjoyed a very small playground next door and loved the quiet neighborhood even in the middle of high tourist season. Great area for a family with small children.
Space was small, though efficiently used, and we could hear all noises inside the house because of how small it was.

this apartment exceeded our expectations, nice ,clean , big and in good area , close to airport, contact with property very good. Plus food free of charge is very good idea- something new for us. Thank you soo much and I hope see you very soon

Good location, quite neighborhood, very clean, great value to price ratio. The free food in the fridge was great help for our late arrival.
The bathroom is getting little bit run down. Also, the fact that we didn’t get the access to the building till few hours before our flight was a bit nerve-wrecking.

The best thing was a host's approach - when we didn't know how something is working, he gladly helped us with giving instructions immediately.
Everything inside the house was new and clean, interior is modern, also the fridge had a food for breakfast. We were the group of 4, but all had enough space and were happy with this accomodation!

It was like home from home and everything you needed was there plus food and wine. Lovely little place.
Only problem was hard trying to find it. Taxi driver had lot of trouble. Number needs to be put on door.

Host hospitality was amazing! Welcomming wine, fridge stuffed with food... basically anything you might need to eat and to relax!
Shower is funny: either hot or cold water mainly.

The apartment has everything you need and the owner kindly left us so much food to help ourselves to. Everything was spotless and clean and perfect for our weekend away.

I highly recommend this apartment! Contact with the owner even before arrival was great, he replied to messages right away. We picked up the keys ourselves so it is a great solution. The apartment is beautiful, new, air conditioning (hot and cold) in each room, very charmingly furnished apartment. There is a terrace at the back of the house in the privacy (there are trees). There is a parking space. Upon entering the apartment, we found a full fridge, bread, fruit, drinks, coffee, tea and even wine! It was shocking and very sweet!!! We arrived at night so were grateful for the morning meal products :) and evening wine ;) It is close to the beach and to restaurants and a shop. Everything is there - a bread toaster, oven, fridge, kettle, washing machine, iron, phone adapters, tv, wifi, large wardrobes ... just what you need!
For such an apartment the price is very very good! :)
We recommend it with all my heart, book and you will not be disappointed!

The location is short walk from beach and cafes and shops. I came with two kids and a bit late for shops, but owner had left us a worderful starter package for breakfast and this was really, really nice! We appreciated it!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean, we had everything we need. It was more than expected. The owner left for us not pnly the tee and coffee, but also and wine, sweets, some. Food. I highly recommended this place.

spotless clean, the Lady of the house had some nice touches for the Christmas time, we where pleasantly surprised with a full fridge to make our self a nice breakfast and fruits. the chocolates where a topper.

Perfect Place , all the details even the small ones are amazing ;everything is made with love ... you feel like at home even no need to shopping when u arrive even if the supermarket is close to the place.simona prepared everything..you enjoy your privacy in a quite area .. it over exceeded my expectations .. very good choice sure whenever in Larnaca will stay there . I ADVISE the Luxury Lavender.
