The villa was clean, well equipped and in a quiet location but close to local amenities and a short drive to Larnaca. The pool was great and the trees make for a relaxing and idyllic setting. The owner was so helpful and accommodating and we felt well prepared to find the villa and have everything we needed for our stay.

The mattresses were a little hard but that’s personal preference.

The Host is someone really special, Every little thing I wanted she was there to help...... She even helped me with finding places to visit in Larnaca!!!!!! EVERYTHING from the moment I booked till I got to the Airport she was constantly chatting with me, and helped me with whatever she could... way way way more than her duty!!!!!!!! And lets not forgot the booking was a few hours before I arrived and everything was cleaned and prepared for us with a cot for my Baby and a stroller she even provided. It was just amazing how she was so good taking care of everything And my Flight was at night so she let me check out at 17:30 that was really kind. So was able to finish my amazing stay in Cyprus with peace Will definitely consider another stay in this amazing villa!!!!! with the amazing service!!!!!!

The swimming pool was a big shame that it was out of use! I was looking for a Villa with a private swimming pool, but somewhere hidden in said that it will be out of use on Mar.

Amazing house, in a residential area.

Would recommend a car to go around, everything is close by but not walking distance. apartment is surrounded by other villas, sea is walking distance (but not that easy/ clean water)

The terrace and gardens are excellent, very relaxing but privacy could be improved by better screening at the front of the garden.

Could have done with a few more electric socket points & garden lighting. Given that there are empty plots close to the villa, the pool water sometimes dusty and would need more frequent cleaning.

Great place. Really clean and spacious with beautiful swimming pool and garden. Great contact with the host. I liked the location too. Only 10 min drive from Larnaca Airport. If you fancy a few drinks in 20 minutes you can walk to Faros beach and beach bar. Enalia restaurant with amazing food is close by too.

I liked the villa a lot. It has everything you need to spend a few days with your family. The house was super clean, the swimming pool was very clean and it was great that half of it was shaded. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was outstanding clean and everything was provided for us. The patio is big and equipped and you can relax there watching your family enjoying the pool along with a beautiful garden view!

I can't think of anything missing or not been taken care of!!! Great place to stay, I recommend it.

Me and my friends had a great time at the villa and we highly recommend it. The host was very friendly and even left us some wine, water, and fruits in the fridge for when we arrived and was always really helpful with everything we needed. She gave us very detailed information about the villa and the surroundings and was very prompt with everything we were asking. The villa is very nice, cozy, super clean, and spacious, even more, beautiful than in the pictures. We had everything we needed, the beach is very close and we really enjoyed the pool. If you use the Foodie delivery app, you can find amazing food in the area. It is close to the airport and there is a bus station nearby, that can take you to Larnaca city center, other beaches or to the airport. Thank you Villa Happiness for an amazing time!

No shops in walking distance. We drove everywhere.

The pool is perfect for children and adults. Clean, backlit with hot water. Garden with lemon tree, rooms and kitchen equipment, terrace, grill, contact with the owner, Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this house for everyone to relax. Najlepsza willa w jakiej byłem Kiedykolwiek :)

The location of the property in a small town with a poor beach. You must have a car.
