We took our family and some friends to visit the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. The house and location were ideal for those looking to have a central location to many amenities, beaches, and shops. Jorge, the host, was very attentive and provided great communication. Everything about this stay was beyond what we had expected. We’ll would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Located in walking distance of restaurants and a short uber ride to the beach and tourist locations. The tv by the pool had poor reception and the property could have provided more towels and wash cloths for our large party. I would stay here again.

This was my first time using VRBO, and I must say, I am very impressed with the host, Jorge, the loction and the property itself. The location was PERFECT, especially being that it was my first trip to PR. Very close to everything you might want to do or see on your first trip there. PR-based coffee shop, 787 Coffee close by absolutely incredible coffee and amazing service, must try. Everything is a short 10 minute/5 dollar Uber ride away. The gated community felt very safe. Also, it is the first house by the entrance of the community which is perfect so you don't have to lug your bags far and you can order an Uber from the house and meet it in a minute when you get outside. The property; saw some other reviews complaining about 2 things, one was the dog kennel next door and the other was an annoying neighbor complaining about music. NEITHER of which gave us ANY issues. The bedrooms were amazing, was looking for a place with 5 comfortable bedrooms for 5 large adults and this was great. Air conditioning was great and the place was cool when we checked in. Cooler, beach chairs available, pool was perfect and clean. Had a small BBQ. No bug/critter issues. The host; Jorge was the actual MVP of this trip. Very responsive, was able to give us an earlier check in and later checkout which was clutch because flight was delayed, would write more but ive reached the character limit, overall I'd give it a 10 Stars if I could. Without a doubt, I will be staying here again. Stay here!!!

I came here to celebrate a bachelor's party and it was everything and more than I had hoped for. The house was spotless, and most importantly there are AC units in every room to keep you cool from the hot PR summer weather. The gated community makes you feel very safe, however it is the very last house on the street closest to the gate and all of the bars and restaurants next door. Be prepared to be kept awake or awakened by the roosters crowing, the motorcycles and the UTVs that are going up and down the street all night until 6am. We did not have any issue with the dog daycare next door like some other reviews mentioned. We were able to park 2 jeeps in the driveway and close the gate with the included clickers. The roads in PR are very bad and full of potholes, so I recommend renting a SUV. Ubers are very inexpensive as well compared to the states. Power did go out a couple times with the bad energy grid and all of the AC units running across the state, but the house has a backup generator which turns on automatically. However I recommend the host get this generator serviced because it started surging and even almost stalled once. Other than that, I recommend this to any other large group coming here to party as well.

Wonderful villa! The property is in a very safe part of San Juan and is next to some wonderful restaurants. The lockbox can be tricky to find but the host was wonderful helping us out! The hot water can also be tricky, just barley turn the water on to trigger it. Otherwise, its the best place. We will definitely be back!

Good location - walking distance to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Home was comfortable and space outside was great. Yes, there is a doggie day care next door and some noise from the street at night.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect with everything you need for a large group. The is a very nice restaurant next door. The neighborhood was very safe and clean. The host was responsive when contacted. The pool and backyard was a big plus, bring mosquito repellent. The only down fall is the street noise from the main road outside the Neighborhood. The is a lot of late night, sometimes till 3am, loud music and cars doing burnouts and 360's. I guess it is a local party thing,

Home was lovely with everything you need. Pool had no heating ability. Dog boarding kennel was not disclosed. Barking very annoying., but worst was the Bar next Door They had motorcycles roaring until 3AM and very. Very LOUD music blAsting until all hours of the night. We would not stay here again.

Everything was great! The only thing is there lives a family with kids next door. Should be considerate with noise

The VRBO was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the house and amenities offered however what ruined our time was the constant complaints of noise from the neighbor. She was so rude and demanding us to turn of our portable speaker at 7pm. She would come over threatening us and DEMANDING we turn our music off and be quiet (we were enjoying the pool) because she has a family. We were told the music was allowed until 10pm and she would have a tantrum every single night about this. Our host was reasonable as well. But if you don’t want your time ruined I would highly suggest to stay elsewhere as you get a noise complaint just being outside with your vacay group enjoying the patio.

What an amazing listing! Quiet neighborhood, excellent location, truly a beautiful home. Jorge was very responsive to any need throughout the entire stay and was very accommodating. Our family and I were so content with this stay.

It was easy to check in/out of the property. Great for couples or family reunions. Close to the beaches in San Juan and Isla Verde and literally 10mins from airport

House was perfect with all necessities needed for a great stay. Washer and dryer in house. Pool with pool accessories. Towels galore. Great rooms. Great AC units. Private and gated. Will be staying again!!!

House was better than the pictured. Pool area has a foosball table, a bar area, a swinging chair, a table to eat at, and a couch to sit at. Such a nice layout with all the rooms upstairs (one is downstairs) and the living area all connected downstairs. The gate into the street situation is a little tricky with the clickers but was worth feeling safe on the street. Close to a few small places in walking distance to eat and good distance for drives to more popular areas. Didn't have a problem ordering Ubers who waited right outside the gate that's right outside the house - it was automatically where they come by entering the address. Kitchen had all the tools needed to use & grill worked fine. Also didn't have a problem with water - worth noting that some of the shower faucets worked opposite of what we are used to which is maybe why some people could have thought hot water was broken... Overall - great stay, would recommend & go again!

It was an awesome house. We all enjoyed it and had fun in the pool. Will come again !

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It was everything we needed. We are hoping to stay there again. Very satisfy. Jorge the host was excellent.

We had a great stay at this property in March 2022. We had a few small issues but Jorge was quick to address them. A few people in the group were bothered by barking dogs or loud birds early in the morning, so not the quietest spot, but we generally had a great time. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, the short walk to a nearby beach and the convenience of the nearby Shell station.

The owner is very responsive to messages. The house was freshly clean. The kitchen was stocked nicely with cooking needs. Extra towels were a huge plus, it had an iron and ironing board. The backyard was a lot of fun!!! The only thing that I could say as a negative was there was no hair dryer (so really nothing negative) we definitely will be coming back!!! The location is close to everything that we had booked, we tried the BBQ place that was a block away and it was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here!!!

The house was beautiful and in immaculate condition when we arrived. The sunny and private outdoor pool was a great way to relax! All the bedrooms were really nicely set up and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a beautiful house. Top notch. It exceeded our expectations. It is ample, airy, clean, comfortable. We were a party of 5 and had MORE than enough room. AC worked perfectly. The patio and pool (and foosball table!) were so inviting and charming. The beds were very comfortable. Whole house was well appointed, including the kitchen. Jorge and Ana were super responsive to all enquiries. Location was great. We suggest when getting Ubers or pick ups, use the Shell station right across the street, which everyone seems to know. The house is located at the end of the block near the Shell station which makes it a bit noisy at times, but only occasionally. The downstairs washer/dryer are large and worked well. Very useful! The generator worked perfectly when the power went off for a short time. Location is good. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked Buenos Ayres market and grill. Also a smaller place, not upscale, short walk to the left as you leave the shell station, on the right side of Loiza- can’t remember the name, but food was good and not so pricey. The AM-PM market is kind of like a 7-11, but the SuperMax is a supermarket. Moderately long walk, but could take an Uber back. For activities, we were not thrilled with the concierge, Sergio at Fixatrip. He was excellent at communication, but we were not entirely happy with the subcontractors he used, and some element of bait and switch. We went to the bioluminescent bay, which is cool. But we were later told by a friend that we would have done better to book directly with Island Kayaking which runs tours. We also booked a private charter boat for a day, which he booked for us (the Larissa). It was very basic, the captain and assistant were pleasant but nothing more. NO frills, no extras, no music, no paddle boards (I had not asked). I had said we wanted to snorkel- they had 4 snorkels for a party of 5 (the snorkeling at Palominos and Icacos is lousy though the beaches are fabulous). Food and drink were basic, and no one had suggested bringing our own beers or alcohol . A friend later told us to book with Pure Adventure directly. We also went to El Yunque. Our guide was Talia who was charming and enthusiastic. The national park there is closed, or by reservation only, (which was not explained to us), but we were taken to a private area that had great water falls after walking through amazing MUD!! We had a very fun time.

No hot showers, had daily conversations with Jorge, the issue never got fixed or even checked. Jorge offered a partial refund, we never got that either. Would not recommend.

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. Convenient location in a safe gated community, the house was a perfect getaway. The pool was especially great. We would recommend and hope to return. We also recommend Sergio at fixatrippuertorico for help with dining reservations and activity arrangements.

This home was as beautiful as we expected from the pictures! We were a family of 9 adults and everyone had their own space. Everyone in my group would agree that the patio is the best part of the house! We grilled, danced, watched TV, got in the pool and played foosball out there... It was a blast! It was also a convenient location (walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants). As nice as the house is, it is also missing some of the small touches that we're used to having in other rentals; like additional wash clothes and a hair dryer, which we really needed after getting out of the pool. The biggest issue is that there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom in the hallway. We had 9 adults and needed all 3 full baths, but we were only able to use 2 of them or we had to take cold showers in that one. A plumber came out, but did not resolve the issue. I was really disappointed about this because we paid for 3 full baths because we new that we would need them for a group our size. The home was rented out again right after our stay with the issue not fixed. So, please keep this in mind when you're booking. Overall, I would recommend this house, but just know that you may be missing some of the small touches and short a bathroom with hot water.

This was a phenomenal property. We stayed here for our wedding weekend and used it as a home base. Great for hosting, spacious areas indoors and outdoors! Master bedroom had a comfortable bed. Pool was great, very close to the beach and a number of great restaurants!

The home is very nice, a gated community, spacious, appropriately decorated, well stocked with everything you need, a pool for when you’re not at the beach, the owner was available and attentive to any concerns we had, great restaurant right next door, walking distance to other restaurants, overall a great experience!

Only problem was we only had one set of towels for 8 people for 4 days. We had to wash our towels everyday.

We were a family of 10 and the property was everything we needed. Check in was smooth, property staff were super nice and property manager was response to our questions and concerns. The master bathroom sink needed repairing and the repair person came promptly to fix. Great location to local supermarket, restaurants and beaches. Great for family and adult time. We had pool side BBQ’s and even did laundry(bonus). Highly recommended
