- Overall cleanliness & hygiene was great. - Bed & baby crib were properly arranged. - The kitchen & utensils were clean & well maintained. - The private parking facility was good and secure.

- Wardrobe in the bedroom was non functional, so we didn't have a place to store our belongings. Even though this was known to the host was not mentioned to us and no alternate solution was offered. - The iron box which was listed as available wasn't available and we had to request it explicitly. Although it was provided on day 2. - The host did not provide the "Echt Bodensee Card" which provides discounts and local transportation during the stay.

Close to the Hauptbahnhof, yet very quiet my room faced the courtyard and not the street. Large, spacious, modern & comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to the Altstadt. Easy to connect to all modes of transportation

Central Position and nice apartment

Although the last minute booking (the same day booking) owner was kind and flexible to set sofa bed for my family stay. Very clean, and you will have everything you need!! Cozy and nice apartment!!

Few more additional cutlery would be nice for family stay!

Clean. Spacious. All decoration and furniture in very good state. 5 min walking distance from the City park and 10 min walking to the inner city, the Zeppelin museum and Uferpromenade. Balkony for afternoon sun. Calm neighborhood. Underground secure parking. Highly recommended for a weekend trip to Friedrichshafen, would definitely book this again.

The wifi was not so strong, i.e. for regular surfing on phone it went on and off, livestreaming tv on tablet wasnt stable eitiher. But this was really a minor minor thing.

This is a stunning, spacious and modern apartment. It has a lift and a large, free underground car park. We had two balconies and the apartment was so clean and very well catered, we made our own meals here. It is a few minutes walk to the lake, the town centre and the Zeppelin Museum. We thought it was perfect. Thank you.

The location was great and easy to find. The apartment was nice and spacious and had everything in cleaning supplies and kitchenware. All I really needed to bring along with me were my toiletries and the local supermarket was a 5 minute walk away, where you could buy all the groceries or food you needed to cook in the apartment. The internet was great and fast. There was enough space to hang all your clothes. I had a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies as well. All in all, I had everything I could want in that apartment and it was lovely.

Well......once I got there at the time I specified......nobody was there to meet me. I had to make a call from my phone ( International roaming) to confirm I was at the right place and someone was coming to meet me to let me in.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. We liked the modern atmosphere a lot. We had easy access with car to the apartment and it was easy to walk to the lakeside.

No air conditioner and windows did not have mosquito nets to be able to open the windows at night when hot while keeping lights on. This makes it quite hard to sleep comfortably or simply stay in the apartment at nights. Uncomfortable pillows Would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen
