This is one of the best hostels I have stayed! The owner is awesome, all staff members are super friendly. They have snacks and fruits in the kitchen all day, nice outdoor space to hangout and some quite areas where you can work! The location is also great, not far from falls park and downtown. Definitely stay here again when I am back in Greenville!

The toilet ventilation can be improved as it can get bit smelly during night, they can also add a hair dryer but everything else is great!

Beds and bathroom were great! Awesome location & nice staff. Really cool concept & community feel. very inclusive. if you were traveling alone the common areas were great.

Booked the nicest private room. for a private room i wasn't expecting to be located right next to the coffee shop (i knew there was a coffee shop but thought it would at least be separate from the private rooms). the front desk is the coffee shop. Ive stayed in hostels as well as combo hostels/hotels & they were on different floors. Wasn't expecting the coffee grinder noise & piped in music starting so early, or being able to hear the caretaker walking around above. Also thought the room would have its own climate control.

Modal is a brand new place located very closed to downtown. It is beautiful decorated and the owner and staff are very nice and easy to talk to.

As a hostel the own has poor arrangements for means of transportation, in order to meet best quality for any Hotel/Hostel must be there are any means of transportation, no any contact of Uber or taxi don't expect all of guest is American we come from different countries not all to access Uber or taxi at America So my suggestion is to improve in terms of transportation. I have travel in different part of America there is transport is only you .....I was very frastrated no staff at the reseption area no one responded they are there to slept not for client's

The room was very cold but we are from Florida.A guest was coughing alot so we felt uncomfortable in the common areas

I loved the style of this hostel...very modern and also super clean! I thought it was decorated nicely and I loved the outdoor patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire place exceeded my expectations and the other guests I stayed with were also friendly and respectful.

When you book they ask what time you will arrive and I was earlier than expected, so nobody was there when I arrived and I had to wait 10 or so minutes before staff came to let me in. I just didn't realize nobody would be there or else I would have just stayed in my car or killed time elsewhere.
