The hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year— murky, dirty… the whole swimming pool area smelled bad.

Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and room was really clean! Pool was down so that was a disappointment for the kiddos.

Breakfast was good, with numerous options. We loved our room!

This ended up being our second nights stay. There ended up being an hour-long wait outside due to a fire in the room, across and down one from our room. Evidently, a candle had been lit and left burning, prompting the alarm and sprinklers to go off. My wife and I have both been in management positions in the past, and we felt that, given the circumstances, your manager and team did a great job handling this situation. All this being said, we would not hesitate in the slightest, to stay here again, and hope to do so again in the future. Kudos to your manager and staff ( some of whom were family volunteers helping out)!!!

This was the best room we stayed in on our entire week-long vacation! We loved it.

The breakfast was really good, the place was new and we also liked the outdoor sitting area.

It is a newer, nice kitchenette with really good beds.

They didn't tell us the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs, and we were locked into the reservation, so we couldn't change them. We we're also on the noisy side of the hotel and wanted to move to the back, but they wouldn't do that for us.

On the second day of our stay we received a knock at the door. It was housekeeping telling us that the 3rd floor carpets needed to be cleaned today. And we had to leave our room for a few hrs or the afternoon. When I book the room I was never informed prior that the carpets were going to be cleaned They should not have rented a room on the 3rd floor . I placed a call to the front desk asking for a different room they said there were none available in the entire facility that were the same as ours which was a queen double suite. We did find a piece of paper that was pushed from under the door as we were getting our stuff together to leave for the afternoon. Only piece of paper it was stated that the carpets were going to be cleaned and that we needed to be flexible with the hotel .
