We loved everything about this place. It’s was just what we needed. It was stocked with everything we needed. Will stay again in the future.

This property is awesome but i would NEVER rent from VACASA again...it took two days to get our parking pass. We were there for a few days and had to take time out of two of them more than once to get a parking pass. We didnt have access to the gym and the description of the property said gym was available. Since then changed the descriptions. IMAGINE THAT The gym was one reason we got this place. We work out everyday! VACASA also told me we could check in early being I had my 80 year old mother with us. The condo was ready at 1 I walked up and talked with maids. THEY WOULDNT LET US IN...I WAS FURIOUS ... not for me but for my mom. Dont tell me we can check in early if your not going to let us!...I loved the place and hate it is run by this company. I WILL NOT BE BACK...will find another owner to rent from...:(

We enjoyed everything except the 2 entry bedrooms and living room tvs did not work. The remotes didn’t work either.

Property and cleanliness was great Just 3 things Front door needs to be fixed Bec it slams Guest bathroom does not drain Extra sheets have stains Other than that everything was amazing I will be recommending this to my friends and family for sure

Had a wonderful week. First time ever using VRBO and checking in and out was a breeze.. Room was exactly what we expected

We asked for a parking pass on the phone, was told vacasa agent on property at the time, and would come to our room. That never happened. The condo itself on the balcony the outlet didn't work, in the master, the lights didn't come on. The dining room table was sticky. And the balcony floors were stained. The air conditioner thermostat should come with instructions. Every night we woke sweating as it's reverted to default temperature . When I asked security to use game room they told me to have a seat they'd be with me soon, after 20 mins, I found them chit chating with coworkers. When I arrived the older gentleman who I had converse with to check out a cart was lazy and rude.

We made a last-minute reservation on Vacasa. We found this beautiful three bedroom on the 18th floor. The unit was clean modern up-to-date. It was also well stocked with all the cooking utensils and toiletries. This condo is very clean and very well taken care of. We really appreciate everything. We received a text immediately following our check-in just to make sure we were happy with everything. Fantastic service!

Pros: *The view *Kitchen stocked w. mediocre utensils. *Easy enter key code *Comfortable master bed *Access to beach was important to us and this met those needs Cons: *Unusable rusted and broken lounge furniture on balcony *Broken shower curtain in hall bath *No fan remote in kids room (fan and light had to be used together so it wouldn't turn on at night for sleeping) *No DVD players/ and no variety with cable *Moldy smell everywhere, esp mini fridge and closets *Cockroachs in master shower *Black curlies stuck in white bath towels *Burnt-out light bulbs *No all purpose cleaner/ or anything to clean counters and tables *No broom/vacuum (with little kids and a 7 day stay- this is unacceptable!) *Washer machine was broken upon arrival *No running water on our last day for about 6 hours (came back from beach to shower and get ready for bed b.c. we had to drive 16 hours the next morning at 4 am) *Property had dirty hot tubs and pretty dirty pools (hair and junk everywhere) We still enjoyed our vacation because we try not to let all this bring us down. But I will say- balcony furniture needs to be replaced and some major maintenance along with a new cleaning crew and pest control- this was all not okay- especially at the price we paid. I don't recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Stunning view, cute condo with LOTS of room but unit could use a little TLC. Pools, hot tub were nice. Very clean and lovely property.

We have rented this unit 3 times and each time we enjoy it. Clean property. Clean unit. Continues to be one of the best and reasonable priced units on the beach.

This condo is unedited, unfiltered and exactly as the listing appears. It is very clean, well maintained and easy to check in and out of. Being our first time to rent with Vacasa or even travel to PCB, this condo made our stay so easy. It is right off the elevators in a super convenient location. It was roomy and comfortable with a gorgeous view. I am so glad I chose this condo. I didn’t have one issue with the condo itself and as a creature of habit, I will rent it again if available during our future stay. However, I would not rent anywhere in Tower 1. This condo is in Tower 2 and is much nicer than 1. Tower 1 stinks and is dirty. We did not utilize the pools because of filth and the restaurants, security and amenities are less than desirable across the board at MJB. The only thing I would like to see this owner offer in the future is a beach chair and access to the fitness room. Also, our 8 night stay was $4200 with fees and 2 floors directly above us paid $1700 for the same floor plan. Not sure what the price discrepancy was but that is a huge difference!

This condo was really nice! I would've given it a 5 star review but our washer quit working mid cycle on the last day. Other than that we have Zero complaints!

I have rented several times over the years for an annual family reunion. Very nicely decorated and fresh. Only problem I had was could not find extra blankets and iron until the last day

Very good experience. Condo was clean and well equipped. Furniture was older but completely functional. We loved the view!

We loved the stylish condo and beautiful view from the balcony. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We found the condo fully equipped with all the cooking supplies we would need for the week.

Place was just as described. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and staff were very nice. We had a beautiful and breathtaking view of the water from our room. Just a great stay. I would definately recommend to anyone.

Me and my wife just packed a bag and hit the road! This condo was beautiful with an amazing view!! Loved the patio furniture and the master bedroom was amazing. Definitely will be booking this condo again

The overall stay was great! Weather was perfect! Getting into the condo was easier than any we’ve had during previous stays in PCB. Unit was unexpectedly updated from the posted pics and it was a pleasant surprise! Looks like the photos have been updated. Going in October was a great decision with less crowds and perfect weather. Would stay again!

Our property was a nice location not in with all the hype of the strip and nightly traffic. Great indoor pool and outdoor pool that was shaded some. Our property showed bunk beds and we did not have bunk beds when we arrived. My older daughter's bed was not a queen like listed, it was a full. A couple of our towels looked like someone had washed their car with them and had black stuff on them. Thankfully there were more and I used those. The table pictured was also not what was there upon arrival. There was 5 of us and we could not sit and eat at the table like we hoped. Overall great building and access to pool and beach and good place to stay.

I have zero complaints about the condo itself, the building, or the location. My frustration is with Vacasa and the management of the property. When we checked in, there were zero amenities in the home (as promised). Not one garbage bag, no soap for dishwasher or laundry, no paper towels....essential cleaning supplies for daily use. I had to go buy all of these.

There was half used shampoo & conditioner bottles in the master shower, along with a half used bar of soap. A black curly, wiry hair was on the shower walls, as well. Sand/grit all over the tile floor.

The first night we were in the condo, the toilet would not flush. We called the "maintenance" line on the phone, they promised to have someone out first thing the next morning. Nobody ever came. We called to check on the status and were told that "We don't handle that...you need to call the service who you booked through". So we did. Called Vacasa directly and scheduled maintence for the toilet.

Nobody ever showed. Now, to have two adults and two children staying at a place for a week, with only one working toilet--not ideal.

Again, my issues have nothing to do with the condo itself, its owners, etc. My issues are directly with Vacasa. After this experience, I will say that I'm not sure I'll ever rent through them again or recommend them to anyone. I worked in tourism marketing for almost 10 years...I would be apalled if this is how our rental companies were run. Very disappointing experience.
