it was dirty/ old outdated definitely not a 4 star service underwhelming rooms were smelly.. had to keep windows open entire time biggest disappointment

Bedroom backed onto restaurant so could hear music until ended 11am. No parking only public car park. Bathroom very small.

The property was spotlessly clean and Alex, the owner could not do enough for us. Very welcoming and helpful!

The Television was exclusively Internet based, no terrestrial television. This meant that we could not watch live tv. The band width was too narrow to watch tv and deal with emails etc. also the sofa was really hard. I was in Taunton to attend hospital and thus isolating and spending a lot of time in the property and thus on the sofa. Under any normal circumstances this would not have proved to be an issue, our stay was thus unique.

Description of room did not describe how small it was. The standard of cleanliness was expemplary, however the room basically was only big enough for the bed, one chair, small table and had a minimal kitchen ( fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee machine with a microwave. ) Would be fine for maybe 2 nights stay but not an extended one. Was expensive for what it is.

Very clean, modern room. very good selection of teas and coffees. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave, even a washing machine all new. Studio was rather small in size.

I have used Hit the hay properties in the past, this time it was a studio not one of the more spacious apartments. The studio is really small but all the available space is used efficiently and has everything you need. Nespresso machine and bluetooth speaker were nice bonus. Exceptionally clean and communication with the host was effortless. Check in and key collection couldnt be easier. Thank you
