Unlike most rental properties, this one is a beautiful in real life as it is in pictures. While the hosts main house is on the property, the beautiful landscaping provides plenty of privacy. The house is cozy, clean, and very well maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind people and very responsive when you need something. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The property offered a nice private space with all conveniences. Walk to the sea was about 10 min max. Across the railroad next to Asari station there is a rather good grocery store and nice playground for kids. Owners live next to property and have been quick to react on any needs. There was flexible check in and check out time. They kindly offered also honey collection experience, which made our stay even more memorable.

- there was no microwave in the kitchen - there was no aircon except one room and during hot days it was really hot in the bedroom upstairs - although we stayed more than two weeks, cleaning services once a week were not offered as part of the price - the major setback was that owners didn’t warn us that as property is located just outside Jurmala ‘paid’ zone, we had to purchase a weekly or monthly pass while living in the house- even for going by car to the nearest grocery store across the railroad! as we are not locals, we had no idea we had to pay daily for such a pass and buy it online. As we stayed for almost 3 weeks (only buying pass each time entering Jurmala from Riga) this resulted in us receiving a several hundred Euro fine (every cross through railroad by car- 50 EUR). This has really spoiled our overall experience. If we were aware of all this in advance, it could have been easily avoided.

A very nice property, in a calm area, walking distance from the seaside. The house has all necessary facilities for a family with kids and is decorated with lot of style. We enjoyed the privacy of the place and hospitality of the hosts.
