We had a girls weekend to go see Shania Twain in concert. The place was the perfect size for 7 of us. Nice and quite neighborhood! We will definitely be booking again when we come to town for a concert!

This home is perfect. Notice I said home and not house. It has everything you need and located near Lindenwood and a short drive to historic Main St. Christy is fabulous to work with and if you are lucky you may meet the neighbor across the street. ;) 6 stars

My daughter and friends, three little dancers and a 4 year old stayed with me for the girls dance competition. The one mile commute was a plus With all the amenities that was included it made our stay very pleasant and less stressful By the way our girls did very well in the competition with a bundle of trophies Thank you for your hospitality

Great neighborhood just a short distance from the downtown streets of St. Charles. Everything was just as pictured and communication with the host was great.

Great cozy place perfect for weekend trip to area. Listing was spot on and check-in and stay process was thoughtfully thought out.

Comfortable cottage with attention to detail. We each had our own space (4) with cozy gathering spaces. Everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Overall this was a really nice property to stay at. The host had really nice touches all around the house. The backyard was nice and there was wood stocked for the firepit. It's not a negative on the house, but just a caution for young families, the stairs going to the upstairs are a little narrow, which makes it slightly difficult for younger children. The host did a good job putting a no-slip coating on the stairs, but if you have very young children it might pose a slight issue. The basement game room was nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool table.

Game room in basement was fun. One bedroom does not have a TV. Only one bathroom, but very well cared for. Some nice details like multiple shower hooks in the bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Would stay here again.

House was perfect. Lots of extras: fire pit, garage for our cars, detergent for laundry., fully stocked billiards, ping pong, foosball. All beds and pillows were comfortable and in great condition. This place was a great value and extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to come back next spring

This house was a perfect setup for our group with the game room in the basement. We walked around main street during the day and played in the basement at night. We'll definitely be looking to stay here any time we visit the St Louis area.

This property is perfect! It’s nicely updated, very clean, and the setup is great. The beds were clean and very comfortable. All systems and appliances were in working order. Christine has a fully stocked bathroom with all the toiletries you may need in case you forget something. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. My group has zero complaints about this property and plan to stay here again.

This property is immaculate, and we’ll appointed with every little thing you might need but forgot to bring! So cute and with all the fun basement activities, something for every age group!

We loved this house. Very homey and had just about everything you would need for the stay. We had 2 grandkids with us and they just loved the basement. Every evening they would go down there and play pool and ping pong. It was nice to have a grocery store right around the corner. It was a short drive to the Arch, and Busch Stadium. The host was very quick to answer if I had questions.

We have four kids of varying ages and we loved how this home had space for us to be in different places, or all hang out together. Kids liked the basement games, great selection of movies and board games. We also really liked the location. Close to downtown St Charles, which is cute and great restaurants, but also just 25-30 mins from downtown St. Louis. Neighborhood was quiet.

Pictures are just how it was, very clean and lovely place for our mother/daughter weekend. Close to Main St. short drive 5 min. Fire pit and picnic table in back yard, perfect for the evenings. Will stay again!!

Very thoughtful property. All sorts of amenities. Well kept older home in a beautiful neighborhood. Bedding was great. Kitchen was nicely furnished. One of the better rentals I’ve ever stayed in.

This was our first time using a VRBO, and the owner was super easy to get ahold of when we needed something. The house was amazing. It had everything we needed, and the basement was great for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. Absolutely loved our experience.

Everything was top notch! Just like home! Very well maintained property! Very well stocked with everything you need. Will be back for future business trips.

Great, just 20-30 mins from everything you’ll want to see. The basement games are a great add! Owner is great at quick-communication, and helps with anything you’ll need. Major grocery store right up the road, Sams club within 5 mins. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Recommend getting donuts at Donut King, and dinner at Salt & Smoke.

We enjoyed our stay 2/26/22-3/7/22, and most of the entertainment offered in the home. What is pictured on VRBO is true. Christy, the host, went above and beyond with decorating, and providing amenities for our "home away from home". Before and after check-in, we encountered housekeeping matters. Leftover items from previous guests were present. Some paper goods and trashcan liners were not stocked for the length of our stay. A few dirty dishes were in cabinet. Hairs on sheets. Flickering ceiling fan light in bedroom. Housekeeper came, but still didn't address all of our concerns sent to Christy. The bedding is cute and functional. The pillows are on the soft side. If you like an ultra firm mattress, choose to sleep in bedroom next to stairs. There's barely any give when you press your hand on the mattress. The other bed on the main level and full bed upstairs appear to be medium firm; may be okay for side sleepers. We did not use the trundle bed in "media room". Yay for black out curtains! Suggestions for host: add a safety handle in the tub. The tub is almost 2' high. Add an additional motion light on left side of garage. Add additional hand rail for stairs closest to front door. The current rail is out of reach when using stairs. Add sheer curtain over bathroom blinds; there's a gap at edge that faces shower. Check dryer; took excessively long time for small load of clothes on high setting (even with clean lint trap). Steam clean furniture to rid of stains. Add anti-fatigue mat in front of kitchen sink and stove. Add rugs in front of entry doors to capture dirt, water, etc from shoes. Check door hinge on bedroom next to bathroom; it's loose. Replace some pool cue sticks as some tops are broken or missing. Replace old towels (we observed 3 in the closet with torn edges). Christy was very prompt in responding to our inquiries, except towards the end of our stay. Not sure what happened with last text correspondence. No issues using major kitchen appliances. We'd consider staying again if in the area. We took a big risk using VRBO, and grateful there were no major setbacks with this stay. Will try to post full review on another site.

Ladies weekend out and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay as far as location, cleanliness, comfort, and feeling safe! Host has thought of everything as far as extra blankets when it’s cold, lots of games to play, coffee & other drinks, blackout curtains, bathroom necessities, extra easy to reach outlets and very good Information about what is in the area and what needs to be done at the house.

My stay here with my children over Christmas and New Year was awesome! House is stocked with everything you could imagine! Game room downstairs was awesome! Lovely back yard. Garage is huge. We had a wonderful time! Highly recomend.

We wanted to be close to Downtown and were just 7 blocks away. A simple drive and we were there. The amenities were awesome. Pool table, ping pong and foosball were all used both nights. We also had a perfect night to use the fire pit. Very clean and it even had a Christmas tree. Would highly recommend! A Tv would have been great in the basement due to great football games that day but no big deal.

My daughter and I stayed the weekend and had a great time. The weather was awful, but we had a great time playing pool, darts, fooseball and ping pong. The WiFi was super fast and watched some good movies. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Plenty of room for 7-8 people.

This house was perfect for a long weekend visit to see sons at Lindenwood. Christy has thought of everything from the kitchen tools, bathrooms needs, comfortable beds, basement game room, etc. Location is great, neighborhood is great, backyard firepit and all. Top notch. Rent this place!

What a wonderful, cozy and perfect place for a few members of our daughter's wedding party and guests to stay for the long wedding weekend. Not a detail was missed and this was truly a perfect place to stay. When I (Mother of Bride) went to check into the home to drop off welcome bags for our guests I wanted to stay myself! Definitely would recommend for any St. Charles visitors!
