Easy booking in and out. Good security. Good size. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfy sofa for one but probably a bit cosy for two. Traffic noise loud with the windows open but hardly noticeable when closed. No sound from other flats first night but a bit on the second. Full size bath, very comfy, with an easy to work shower over it. Comfy, firm bed but not rock hard with good quality pillows.
The £100 deposit wasn't expected when booking. It is mentioned but you have to know to look for it.
The only reason I would be reluctant to return is the very small gap between the bed and exit from the room. (Picture) Banged my ankle bone 3 times and left with it very sore and swollen. The wooden base sticks out a lot further than the mattress.

I like the prompt response of the helpline. I was given a room and met a guest already there. The helpline personnel resolved it very quickly.
I noticed a few insects( like little cockroaches) in the kitchen area. I think you need to fumigate the area.

Noisy due to demolition work being carried out right outside the building.
The oven and range hood were very grubby. The window sills were very dusty under the blinds because of the demolition work going on outside and we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the noise and dust.

The building opposite was being demolished at time of visit with construction starting at 7. The whole flat feels like waking up in a 1 year student flat, everything is cheap and dusty. The end of the bed was held together by tape, the TV takes about a minute to turn on or change channels.

Great location, really comfy
Bathroom could have been cleaner. There were stray hairs left in places. Duvet was too thick for the time of year so quite warm overnight. Communication was good however we got the message asking us to report any issues/feedback within three hours of arriving after we had left the next morning.

It was all very good a few burn marks,, one on the coffee table from a cigarette burn, but there was no cigarette smell ( none smokers) and one near the microwave

Nice view. We felt safe with staff on reception. Easy to get to town. Big space.
The key pad wasnt working on arrival. Had to go and get a battery to get in door (twice) and change the batteries inside.
The fridge didnt work at all. The bathroom extractor wasnt working.
