So much fun for a quick bachelorette trip. The home was clean, well stocked and perfect for what we needed.

The condo was the perfect location. Kathy thought of everything from snacks and waters when we arrived, to beach towels and any sand toy and or floaties. It was a great place to unwind for a week.

This is our third year coming to this condo. It is very quiet and ideal - situated close to the action but isolated enough to be out of the fray! The property is always clean and well maintained and easy to check in and out of —- We absolutely would come back here!

Took a little trip with some of our family. You know you’re staying at a nice place when none of the in-laws complain. Lol. Very clean and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Great location for finding tons of shells! Appreciated the personal touches from the owner. Looking forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well kept. It is located between Pensacola and Orange Beach so there were many options for great food and beaches.

My family orders to be away from the middle of “the spot” but close enough to enjoy the area for what it’s known for. This place fit the bill. We made a long weekend trip, loaded up on fresh seafood, and hung out and recharged. We kept our seafood in a cooler as requested and the kitchen was convenient and well equipped. Your unit has a nice little deck with a good gulf view. Walk out the front and your on the beach with a nice long walk available down the state park area. My daughter loved the PlayStation. Had a nice time.

We loved the condo because the complex was small and very clean. It is a beautiful beach and private for this time of year. I would love to stay again!

Location right on the private beach is the best! The dunes were beautiful. Everything to do with the condo was pristine and orderly. I brought my 20 year old grandson for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the quiet time to decompress. We also enjoyed shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall.

This is the second year we have stayed at this place. It is very clean and nice as well as pretty quiet but close enough to the action if you want some. Property Manager is very responsive when needed but otherwise minimal contact - which is important to some from reading other reviews. I would definitely come back here - the only drawback is that it is 2 flights up but that is it!

The pictures do not do this property justice. We absolutely loved our stay here and hopefully will visit again with spouses next time. The private beach is very nice and relaxing. Was not crowded at all which was a nice surprise for this time of year! Beds were fantastically comfortable. This is not a complaint, but a PSA: if you have difficulty with stairs there is 4 small flights of stairs that have a nice landing at each you could rest a little. Condo is more than adequately stocked for any needs you may have including beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The place is phenomenal

Plenty of restaurant options nearby and tons more if you venture a little further. Location to beach couldn’t be any better. Fairly quiet section of beach, not too crowded. Clean unit with everything you could need and a nice welcome basket. Didn’t need to communicate much with owner during stay but when I did got a fast response. You won’t be disappointed.

This little unit was super clean and right on the beach. This is not part of a huge modern resort building. Just a few units. It was quiet and pretty much just as listed. It is a second floor unit with stairs only. Normally not a problem for me, but I had an unexpected knee injury so challenging in that way The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Nice master bathroom, the bath tub was very slippery, no grab rails. We bought a bath tub mat. The second room is smaller, and with both a king bed and bunk beds, it seemed a bit cramped. I had 2 adult children in that room. That room is dark during the day, window into the walk up entryway and the entryway lights would shine through it at night. I would suggest a black out shade. The little balcony was great, beautiful ocean view. Loved coffee there in the morning and shade in afternoon, evening. Very convenient laundry room in the unit. Kitchen clean and simply equipped. There were some welcome snacks for us. Sometimes its the little things, that was very nice. Property owner easy to reach and very responsive to one issue that occurred unexpectedly. Overall, I LOVED this little place. I really enjoyed the quiet simplicity, it was CLEAN, and the beach is gorgeous there. I would absolutely book again.

Condo is well stocked with all the amenities for guests to have a fun vacation. We had beautiful weather and pretty blue water for our stay. Enjoyed staying here with our family to kick start our summer.

The condo is on the second floor of a smaller building. There is no elevator so pack accordingly. The condo is spacious and the bedding and linens are first rate. The breakfast deck looks out on the beach. The beach is really nice with the famous white sand. The Condo is well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

We were there for a week of high school baseball and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The unit was quiet and the beach felt secluded.

The beaches were clean and free of most other humans. We enjoyed the miles of peaceful walking. The condo was perfectly located next to the state park. It was filled with everything we needed for a fabulous beach week.

Beautiful location on the beach. We loved being right next to the state park and down from the taller buildings. Caught a few fish, lots of waves on the boogie boards, and the kids played in the sand every day. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We thought 7 days would be enough but it wasn’t! Can’t wait to come back!

It s nice but stairs not easy for us as we carry stuff on up. Prefer first floor and no handicapped accessible in bathroom.

Great beach condo experience! Perfect size, very accommodating owner. Loved being able to sit on deck/porch anytime and watch & listen to waves! Great little seafood restaurant across the street for eating out or delivery!! Close to Florabama & everything you might need! My bad, I forgot to ask up front but stairs only. Other than that, 5 BIG Stars!!!!! Janice

Wonderful and intimate setting. Property was exactly as listed, conveniently located and amply stocked with beach and kitchen gear. It was the perfect venue for my wife's beach trip birthday surprise!!

This is the second year in a row I have booked this condo and it never disappoints! I will continue to book the same condo every year as long as the date is available for me! The owner Kathy is super sweet, easy to communicate with, and always keeps her condo and property very clean and makes you feel welcomed. We love the balcony overlooking the beach, and that the beach is private, To me this is my piece of heaven
