Loved the feel of the hotel. So clean, staff couldn't do enough for us and the public spaces were really beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The upgrade to the swim up room was an absolute gift! Totally made the holiday!
The only criticism is that the main dining room is perhaps a little tired decor-wise. But the food on offer was great!

Food wasn’t great.

Clean, well maintained , great facilities and open pools. picturesque surroundings. The staff are extremely friendly , helpful and accommodating and open to suggestions. We were upgraded to a room with a pool which was a very nice benefit.
The a la carte restaurants were very good would highly recommend visiting them.
Family friendly and lots for kids to do.
Water park was fantastic for the whole family and fresh pressed juices available.
Guest relation managers extremely friendly and attentive and listened to our concerns and suggestions. They offered us a free night in the a la carte Restaurant to cater for our wishes to be in a quieter atmosphere for dinner.
main restaurant was very loud at busy times and food not that variable. The snack bar served great food however and for a small fee freshed pressed juices available.
internet connection not that great.

The staff was really welcoming and nice, and the public areas was clean.
A few things made our stay in this hotel average:
First- every shower we took in the hotel room all the floor was floated, the floor was always wet which made it dirty.
Second-we used to rest at noon time and I woke up from sleep and saw someone from the staff in our room!!!dealing with the minibar, each day they came to clean the room in the middle of the day(around 14)which was really bad time.
Third- outside our room there was most of the time bags of dirty sheets and trash for hours.
There was no amenities at all in the hotel which you expect to see in this kind of hotel(shampoo, cream etc.)
the variety of food was good but taste was just average.
overall our time was nice but we expected much more.

The hotel is beautiful, the water park, pools and beach is wonderful.
The staff was very kind, always smiling and happy to help. The service we got was efficient and quick.
The food was bad. Both the Main restaurant and a-la-cart restaurant on the venue. Selection is wide, but quality is really bad. After 2 days we gave up and ate at a close by tavern.
Information about the hotel is not always clear - hours and schedule of facilities, services. We only learned the hotel offers massages when we met a representative waiting outside the breakfast hall (and they couldn’t hand over the treatment menu, nor were we able to schedule or pay later). Same for the kids club - we understood there are 3 or 4 of them but had no where to get more info.
We downloaded the app but it was only useful for booking a spot at the restaurant (weird method of booking 3 days in advance, no was of changing or rescheduling)
Lastly- we came in April and it was too cold, couldn’t use the pools. Not the hotel’s fault of course, just a note if you’re planning to come of-season

Dramatic mountain view which we hiked and a lovely swim up pool.
Food was not great. Some dishes were good but it became repetitive.
3.5 / 5.0
Very nice territory, beautifully maintained, clean. Everything within reach.
No normal walls in the room (including bathroom and toilet). No lotions, conditioners or even a glass or a cup in the bathroom or room at all. Drinks and food average quality.

The resort is beautiful and very large and public areas are very clean. We were upgraded with a room with a pool in a quiet area facing the mountain which was incredible. The room was also in a good size and balcony was also large.
Our son is allergic to dairy products and the staff went out if their ways to accommodate with a separately prepared meal *every meal* per our exact request. We felt very welcomed and it made our stay so much more comfortable.
Food was ok. Dinner had the best variety from day to day. For such a huge operation it was decent.
Overall our stay was lovely and we do intend to come back.
Beds sink so not so comfortable. Bathroom door is see through and is not sound resistant which is a bit awkward.
Room could be cleaner. We did not get a refill of coffee capsules at all and sometimes didn't get a refill of water.
Babies facilities are not many. We asked I'm advance about whether the pools are heated and were told 2 are but they were only less cold, definitely not heated (eventually we either got used to it or the weather was hotter because we did use these 2 pools a lot).
Rooms which are closer to the stage are more problematic because of the noise from shows (with babies who go to sleep at 7-8pm it's an issue)

We had a room in the main building that was pretty modern and with nice view. Food in the restaurant was good as well : breakfast menu same every , but during lunch and dinner there was always something fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the corner of live cooking. Big territory with water park and nice animation team and mini disco :)
Water in kids pool was really cold ( and in general in all the pools). No private beach ( but good relaxation area pretty close to the beach under the trees). -1 floor requires some renovation and it would be good to have more attractions for toddlers ( those available we pretty outdated ). kids club age is 4 yo , for younger kids only chargeable baby club is available .

everything was above expectation, the team, calmness, beautiful bay and beach, amazing sunrises, great food, and a lot of children which makes it perfect for children and families.
the only thing to improve for us was the bed's mattress that was too soft and not that comfortable. however, after we left we found out that it has two sides and one of which is harder so it is good to know in advance
besides this - extremely recommended and for sure will return again

Very well-kept, clean, relatively new hotel with very very friendly staff and excellent cuisine. Often with true Greek specialties.
The hotel is located on the beach in a beautiful bay and next to an impressive rock.
The beach is above average with small non-intrusive pebbles, but there are better beaches on the island that are worth visiting.
The water park was very fun - for adults also ! ;)
Only <10 driving minutes to the Tsampika beach, one of the best of the island.
The distance from attractions (Rhodes City, Lindos, Butterfly Valley) with a rental car is not too long.
You can visit only one ala cart restaurant per week, but the main buffet has another theme every night.
No loungers on the beach (this year) as it is (has become according to the staff) very narrow.
The entertainment in the evenings could be much better, but there were exceptions. Our little one really enjoyed the children's disco. A brief introduction to Greek culture and music (e.g. from the islands) would not be bad.

Overall had a great time.
The double room with sea view and XL balcony was absolutely stunning.
The water park, pools, and private beach were wonderful, perfect for children.
Loved the 70s live music band from south Africa - they were talented, hilarious, and great fun.
The bar in the pool was really cool, and the free popcorn and ice cream was like a dream come true for the children.
Generally very kind and helpful stuff, and it was great being able to use the facilities all day before our flight back.
With a rented car there is lots to do within 20-30 mins drive (butterfly valley, tsambika beach, lindos acropolis)- fun to get out of the resort for a breather.
The tzatziki was great, and available in every meal!!
Warning: the evening entertainment is very uneven in quality. One evening there was a dancing show I can only describe as a sexist, embarrassing event. I felt sorry for the ‘dancers’ who were dressed as quasi-strippers, flashing their behinds to toddlers and their families. Whoever selected that one is probably not up to date with family entertainment (or this century in general).
Also- the food is nothing to write home about- quite salty and oily, with few local dishes. If we could actually stay there without the full board and eat out we’d probably enjoy it much more.

We loved the fact that Antonis the food and beverage manager sat with us to discuss our sons allergies and took great care and attention to prepare breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner for him. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of bubbly and then taken to our room via buggy. they allowed us to check in early. Everything was very easy and relaxing. The food was good quality and it was really relaxing sat on the Terrace in the evening with a drink.
There is little to fault, although like any all inclusive it can get repetitive. I recommend planning a day out half way through your break to avoid this.

Evening entertainment was rubbish apart from the acrobats!

Great resort, friendly staff. All inclusive packet is good value. Kids disco was a great thing. Gyros for lunch!
We had a Premium room with limited sea view, a family of three. The room is really clean, but it's small. Luckily the balcony was big enough so that we could put our bags there, no other place for them. As a beer drinker it would be nice to have more than one choise, compared to a million drinks available. The main restaurant seemed to be short-staffed, sometimes it was hard to get drinks.

Clean and not crowded. lots of space and things to do.
Not so close to anything else.

We were blown away by the standard of the food in the buffet restaurant, we've been to 5 star places before but this one is by far the best yet.
We only got to sample one of the a la carte restaurants as the policy was one well equals one visit to one of them. I feel that 2 per stay would make the experience a bit better.
