Kitchen well equipped, house was clean, excellent WiFi and tv, nearby playground, convenient safe location, ample street parking and very responsive host.

Back yard not usable, overgrown, front porch overgrown with poison ivy, small bedrooms/beds, old house in need of renovation, basement (for laundry) was scary with dangerous stairway,

The downstairs living room and kitchen were comfortable. The location was quite good.

MOST IMPORTANT- two of the 4 of us couldn't sleep due to coughing very badly because something upstairs set off their asthma. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and left after one. I don't recommend this place for anyone with respiratory problems.i emiled the owner with regard to this issue but haven't heard back. The upkeep isn't very good. Stairs into the house are a rickety.

The property is really run down and nowhere close to what the pics show. There was a lot of pet hair on the bed in one of the bedrooms, noticeable dirt and grime all over. It is as if someone is living in the property as there were personal items like loofahs and open soap bars left in the bathroom. We wanted to leave the property immediately but could not find availability around the city as we had come during a graduation weekend. The final straw that made us leave after one night though we had a longer reservation was when my husband woke up to a bat flying above his head in the bedroom. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

Casual feel, great location, child friendly

Bedrooms were quite warm (even with windows cracked), but I’ve lived in older houses like this one, so I understand how temperamental the heating/cooling can be!

very old, not renovated. not clean. a lot of personal belongings of other people all around.
