had to wait at the desk when I arrived at checkin. no one was there. went to the room and no pillows on the bed. went back down and ask for pillows and was given one. the fire alarm/sprinkler in the room had a flashing light that was a nuisance while trying to sleep

Breakfast was terrible. Left and went to McDonald’s. Poor isnulation. Could hear water running down the walls everyone somebody upstairs used the bathroom or brushed their teeth.

The breakfast was horrible. Breakfast is supposedly served from 6-9. We went at 7 and just about everything was picked over and the hotel had no plans to restock. The eggs are cardboard, bacon paper thin and everything else is mediocre. For the price of the rooms you would figure a more pleasant breakfast. As well as the Tv quality is bad! Please bring your own entertainment because they have a Rubix cube of a remote. We were excited to see they offered a Firestick service but the remote is slow and if you log in your account and just get ready to have potential guests watching your account you pay for after entering your account information. Because you won’t be able to log out as some of the buttons on the remote have been disabled. Cable options take a while to figure out. Long story short bring your own Entertainment and Breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible, the hotel wouldn't give me extra towels without me walking back to room to retrieve old. The main hotel associate had a attitude. The pillows weren't comfortable at all.

we asked for towels to be brought to our room since there was no housekeeping doing cleaning and that was not done so we had to ask twice, the breakfast was mediocre, we had to go every night of our stay to get our keys reactivated because they became unactivated, the staff was not very attentive, the beds were comfortable however the pillows were the size of a throw cushion and way too soft.

We’ll, there was no door handle on closet/bathroom and the closet side was loose almost ready to fall off. Other than that, all good!
