the bathroom had a floor rug for the shower with POOP on it- yes, it was poop! The bathroom sink was stopped up, the air conditioner was VERY LOUD

I like that everything in room was clean

Breakfast is horrible food was hard only thing u could eat was the waffles u made and also everytime I called front desk no answer but when go down stairs they are standing right there at the desk.

Home2 is every-time my favorite one.

unfortunately at this location, they charged extra an incident fee without informing. shower didn’t have shampoo and conditioner at containers (had soup, yes) and our family favorite home2 breakfast was too much late. normally was at 6am.

indoor pool for girls to swim in (soccer team). handled check in and anything needed in a timely manner. only one employee I saw the entire day/night we stayed and was very pleasant and sweet the entire time!!

there was so many reasons and due to staying in same hotel chain just prior to this visit in Little Rock we had higher expectations than we received. the main issue was cleanliness, our king suite room was very sloppily cleaned and something spilled on wall by bed, greasy fingerprints on fridge,microwave, etc. there were dead bugs in every one of light fixtures and not just one bug but several. the bathroom was good at first glance then noticed little things but nothing major until we used sink and it wouldn’t drain and due to a wad of hair that I pulled out and still was holding water and slowly draining. beds were uncomfortable and people next door were extremely loud banging on wall all night which wouldnt have mattered except it was so extremely quite in rooms I could head a pin drop. I hate complaining and normally wouldn’t but this was just the biggest disappointment. all photos posted below are from our room.

The hotel, staff and the location was great.

The room was very clean but the refrigerator had a cardboard box stuck to one of the shelves along with a bottle of Gatorade that was left in the refrigerator

Location was great. 15 minutes from every where.

Price was a little high but graduations were taking place.

Property was clean, rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

I asked twice for extra towels and both times they was unavailable. 3 bath towels for a family of 5 🙃
