Warm and spacious home, lovely gardens and in a quiet and pretty location - plus supermarket was only a five-minute drive down the road!
The shower was very small, not great for a bigger person.

Perfect place to stay .. its so clean and warm .. I will definitely stay in the future .. location is excellent and has amazing views and it was so spacious ... highly recommend... looking forward to my next trip to Dunedin

Location of this property was great being right next to downtown Dunedin. Accommodation was well sized and fitted 6 comfortably, and had all we needed for our stay.
The driveway was a little narrow for our van. The vegetation could do with a trim to make driving into the driveway a little more comfortable.

The house had a very cool vibe and was spotlessly clean. The bed linen was beautiful and the bedding luxurious.

The property was very pleasant with good sized bedrooms and comfortable living space. it was clean and well supplied with linen.
while there were two bathrooms, one had a spa bath and there was only one shower. The washing machine had very poor pressure and took a long time to fill.

Really great property! Nice and spacious, the heating worked really well for the first couple of cold days there. The hosts and cleaner were super easy to communicate with. Nicely decorated/furniture/linen/towels etc. Loved the gnomes in the garden!
Next time in Dunedin we will probably get a car, but this is no reflection on the property or location (ubers were unavailable or long wait time)

Would be great to add a shower to the upstairs spa as the one downstairs was small for an adult.

Lovely location. Fully equipped kitchen. Full house. Off street parking. Good heating kept the house lovely and warm.

We liked the space of the house and it was clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here as we enjoyed it first time round.
We were a bit disappointed the house was not fully ready for us at 3pm. We were exhausted after a long days travel and just wanted to relax by ourselves.

We liked how spacious the house was and everything we needed was there. Parking was easy. Heatpumps were great to keep the house cosy.
The beds were just ok when it came to comfort. Plusher mattresses would have have been nice .

The location was fabulous and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were all very generous in size with very comfy beds and lovely views from the master bedroom.

Beautiful clean home, with everything we needed. Warm, the heating and lights were on our arrival, very welcoming. Hosts were very welcoming.
