I liked the location and gated community.

The house was HOT!. There was only 1 ac system for 3 floors, the thermostat would not go below a certain degree. There were a few roaches. The carpet throughout is very old and is dirty. It also needs a good deep cleaning throughout. It was not that clean when we arrived either. I contacted the property and they advised that the ac filters would be changed. That wasn’t helpful at all. They also wanted someone to come out to clean and I had already cleaned it at that point. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

When we went to the beach, we were treated and spoke to as if we were stupid.

Loved the location, both in proximity to the beach & pool, plus walking distance to restaurants & close to drive to everything else. Fit our family & extended family well with number of bedrooms & bathrooms, especially having a full main floor bath for someone who couldn’t navigate stairs.

Took a week to get a working code for beach access. One Vacasa staff member was quite belligerent on the phone when we called to ask for help. The pool gates were locked on the weekends & the holiday, upsetting residents in the entire complex. Condo itself was not well cleaned - carpets not vacuumed (we found sunglasses u set a rug & a bent nail not far under a bed), dirty dishes in cabinets & food/liquid dripped on wall near bar stools. Definitely don’t feel the cost of the condo was worth what we were given in return.

one bed from upstairs was bad you could feel the springs on it, I'm upset I didn't noticed it earlier my son sleep on the bed the whole time we we're there.
