The property itself was fine . Good location .

The unit we had at Ariel Dunes 2, #2206 was horrible . It wasn’t clean when we got there . The washing machine was broke and ruined my daughters new clothes . It wreaked of mildew when we entered which aggravated my daughters allergies. Some of the pots and pans were broken . The microwave door was broken making it very very difficult to use that appliance . The hair dryer didn’t work . The floor has large cracks in it that caused my daughter to cut her foot . It was the worst condo I’ve ever rented . I feel like I should be compensated for all of the trouble and refunded for wasting my time . So very disappointed !!!

The size of the condo and how family friendly it was and easy to get to the ocean even though it was a walk there.

Wish the walk was a little closer to ocean and easier to access and I did not like the staff that was there on Wednesday night he was rude and ignored guest when they would try and ask him questions he was very unprofessional.

We were unaware of the key code process. We located a security person in Dune 1, who explained the entry process. After that, everything else was great.

Didn't like how we had to find out about the key entry process. Considering this was our first time using this process. I must say, I'm happy I was able to help another family who was having the same entry key concern and I was able to share.

I love this unit!!! The decor and view from the master bedroom are beautiful. It's so comfortable I hate leaving. The location is great, I will try to get this exact unit every time I visit.

I wasn't made aware the dryer was broken and maintenance entered while I was naked and at the property alone. I didn't feel comfortable so he left without fixing the dryer. I stayed at this residence in January and had no problems at all but this time the oven had a dirty greasy pan in it, there were roaches in the two front bedrooms and the kitchen. My family and I had to shake out our bags and clothes while packing to leave to make sure they were not in our belongings. The showers need to be cleaned a little better and tv remotes replaced.

I liked how clean the place was. I liked the location. I couldn't get into the room and the service people were excellent in helping me get into my room.

The bed was horrible. I felt like I was in a car accident after sleeping on the mattress. Please upgrade.

You can’t beat the location! The condo decor and furniture was actually more updated than the pictures that were sent which was a pleasant surprise. It was incredibly clean.

The washer didn’t work properly and the dryer made a weird noise and pulled some of our sweatshirts. They should be updated. A trash can would have been nice to have in the bathroom. The table on the balcony was broken.

Sheets and bedding were clean.

My rental was NOT properly cleaned. There were smudges on walls, toilet seat was worn out, corners and baseboards were filthy, light switches were dirty. Mold and mildew on window seals, cocking around toilet was brown and disgusting, old stained toilet wand in the bathroom was disgusting.

The location, the view from the balcony, the amenities and the apmt was well equiped.

The living room has an old couch that stinks and the carpet need a replacement. The matresses need a replacement too, you don't feel the hardship of the matress, and the hvac need a stronger fan.

The location was great for shopping and easy access to the beaches. The rooms were nice and clean.

I would have liked to have had a front desk staff member available on the property to answer any questions or problem solve. The code that l was originally sent did not work. I had to call a number to get another key code.

The staff was extremely nice, and helpful. Especially Matt. It is in a nice and convenient location. Felt safe.

There were several roaches, which was the worst part. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. Ironing board needs replacing. There also weren’t any parking passes in the room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The natural light from the windows/door. The balcony was fantastic and the view was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Easy entry (we received a code prior to arrival). The Wifi was high speed & fast. Not sure if any of the pools are heated, but I do not believe so. If they were, it would be ideal. On demand hot water, but the master shower didn't have very good water pressure.

The master bedroom smoke alarm had the batteries removed, which is a safety concern. The remotes had missing backs for the batteries and I had to change the batteries in one remote. There needs to be more linens offered (no fitted sheets were available for the pull-out sofa bed or the blow up mattress. We did not use the blow up mattress. however, we did use the soda bed. Extra blankets and extra pillows would have been nice. We had to go out and purchase extra blankets. There was no coffee, coffee filters or coffee, which would have nice, we had to go out and purchase. There were 6 ladies and no extra trash bags, which would have been helpful also.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. The room was plenty spacious and perfect for 4 people. The pools were the best.

The room we rented 2206 is in need of an update. The beds were super uncomfortable. The sofa bed was useless we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Outdoor furniture was metal and the table legs were rusted off. There were no trash cans in the bathroom. The washer and dryer didn’t work. We had to manually change it every setting to wash and dry clothes. All of that was manageable. The biggest issue was no parking passes in the room so we got HOA tickets. We spent every morning running around trying to fix that.

Property was in a good location and I loved having a full balcony. Love the space in master bedroom and bathroom. Dinning table was great to have for our game night. The view of the pools were awesome.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have remotes for front two rooms when we really needed them which did not allow me to watch tv in bedroom or the first night. Didn’t like the small bedroom too small. I would have liked more towels, and I would have liked an early check in. I didn’t like having to smell weed coming from the condo below as we were trying to enjoy sitting on the balcony Saturday night.😡😡

The property was in walking distance to the beach. You don’t have to check in, just go straight to your condo. Very large balcony and kid friendly pool.

Our condo was nice, however it was very outdated like had dvd players and only 2 of the 4 tvs worked. And we started to see small roaches the day before we checked out.

Loved the apartment size and living area. The bathroom was gorgeous! Kitchen had enough pots and pants .

Can’t be helped but wish it was on the beach . Sliding door was too loud , child found candy under the bed and fans slightly dusty .

I tried to call and let the property know about a lot of things that where wrong and a incident that occurred but I have gotten no answer

I loved the location and the view from the room. We could walk to the beach, shopping wasn’t far, and plenty of restaurants near.

When first walking in just looking around the place was spotless, but the sleeper sofa wasn’t clean and neither were a few of the pillows. We had to call the water company a few different times, but they corrected the issues right away which actually is a like. Otherwise everything was PERFECT. We would stay here again.
