Location is great. nice views from the back patio. very quiet neighborhood.

Could use some railing on back patio to keep kids off of the roof.

Excellent location within walking distance of town and just a short drive to most everything else we wanted to do. Highly recommended instead of Colorado Springs which would be much farther from activities. The layout of the house was perfect for 5 people. I really appreciated having the washer and dryer so much. It's also located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The main floor bathroom is pretty small, and the upstairs bathroom isn't very private with the shower out in the open. But we managed and still enjoyed our stay. Make sure to keep lights off outside because there are a lot of moths that like to scoot inside when given the chance. The heat works quickly on chilly nights, but heat isn't evenly distributed very well. Too warm upstairs when it's still a little chilly downstairs. We just threw on a sweatshirt.

Beautiful home in a wonderful little town. House was clean and well kept. Owners were quick to respond with information about the property.

Difference in temp between lower and upper level. But this is an older Victorian house, and it is quite comfortable and charming. We will return.
