Very close to when we're going to the drag racing. Lovely place to stay and helpful lady when we needed help in locating property. Only one dessert spoon but rest great.

The sheets on the beds and the bath towels had hair on them. Luckily I bought my own towels & the owner sent housekeeping to the apartment to change the sheets. The unit also has roaches, which I reported to the owner. Would not stay at this property again.

The apartment was very close to shopping and events making it a great location! The beds and furniture were very comfortable, too! We had an issue with the WiFi but it was fixed promptly, which was greatly appreciated!
There wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. There was no pull-out couch as advertised. The workout facility was quite small.

We needed a comfortable place to stay for freshmen orientation at University of Florida. The apartment was comfy, clean and convenient. Nice to have a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Much nicer and more budget friendly than a hotel.
Unfortunately, we could not get the TV to work. Not a big deal as I was able stream from my ipad.

The apartment was clean and nice. The owner was quick to respond to my messages, she answered within minutes. I like that they have a Ring security camera.
The pool was closed for maintenance, but when I contacted the owner she gave me access to her other property's pool for my stay. That was a great solution. However, the complex should be notifying their tenants of closures so they can notify their renters.

Very hard to find. 45$ cleaner charge added to booking fee. Had to wash my dishes and take out my trash so I was shocked the cleaner couldn’t do it. Lots of rules!

The location was perfect! Just off of I-75 and right behind the Oaks Mall. Simple one bedroom apartment fully furnished with everything you need; even coffee! Great value with plenty of parking and a cute little patio.

location was good for me near the place I needed to go. nice clean inside homey feeling, comfortable beds, quite surroundings. Complex looked well kept and was quite no loud outside noise. will stay again on my next visit if available.
Maybe have a wall clock in living room, and alarm clock in bedroom.
