The house just felt like home for my family and the location of the house was great it’s close to everything!

Was very easy to get into with a key and owner made sure we had everything we need!

We traveled for a tournament at the Comerica Center. This location was a short distance from there. We enjoyed the games in our down time and relaxing watching tv. We slept great. Beds were comfortable, a/c was cool. Great set up for families it was too hot to be outside too long, but the outdoor space would be great in the fall. 🙂 We were excited to see wild rabbits hanging out in the back yard and front yards of neighbors. We enjoyed breakfast at the Eggsquisite Cafe a few minutes up the road and will definitely eat there again when we’re back in Frisco.

This family friendly home met the needs for our stay in the North Dallas area. We had clear and easy communication with the host.

The house is well maintained and very comfortable. Cute backyard. Really fun game room set up in the garage (good to use when the outdoor temperature is comfortable). Nice corner lot with a good sized driveway for parking. Check-in/check-out was very easy and communication with the host was great.

My daughters and I needed a one week short term stay while our Frisco home was being remodeled. Because we had our dog we thought this was a better more comfortable option than a hotel and it was the BEST decision. This home is perfectly located, central to anywhere you'd want to go in Frisco. The neighborhood is smaller, older and well kept; quiet which we loved. This was the most well appointed VRBO I have stayed in. She thought of everything! Not only is it well decorated with nice solid furniture and linens, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and stocked. There were extra trash bags, cleaning supplies, even batteries for the remotes, Qtips, cotton balls, Kleenex, washcloths and towels. It was so CLEAN and everything was organized and in a space where it was easily found...no hunting around for extra TP or the TV remotes. Underrated is the precious outdoor living space with string lights and a fire pit...such a wonderful touch! The yard is quaint but plenty of space for our dog to run around. The garage has been converted into a game space with a ping pong table, work out bench & weights, dart board, putting area and painted mural walls for pics which my teenaged girls loved! We each had our own rooms and the beds were so comfortable, linens soft and plenty of pillows. Again, it is quiet and tucked away so we all slept so well. We could not have been happier and I literally have no critiques or negative things to say! It was perfect.

We never received a code to get into the property. We ended up waiting almost an hour in the pouring rain after contacting both the owner and the vrbo helpdesk. The helpdesk finally got us a code- we were never contacted by the owner to see if we got in. Once you get the code it only opens a lockbox, which then has a key to get in the house. Very annoying to have to keep track of a key and do 2 locks. Pros: The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped and the master bedroom is fine. There are also several game areas and a workout area set up in the garage. Cons: This house is NOT equipped to handle more than 3 adults. There are only 3 towels TOTAL in each bathroom. 1 washcloth! 1 hand towel If you have more than 3 adults, there is nowhere to sit in the living room (Only 3 adults can fit on the couch sitting right next to each other). The 3rd bedroom is SPARTAN - literally only a bed and an unusable tv and 2 high decorative shelves. No dresser, no side table, no lamp - nothing. None of the remotes in the house worked the tv in the 3rd bedroom. Also multiple outlets are loose from the walls. There are also no instructions anywhere about how to work the multiple remotes to control the tvs. The 2nd bathroom has no bathmat only 3 towels and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. I can see where a family with 2 adults and 2-3 children would do fine here. Would not recommend if you have 3 or more adults if you plan on spending any amount of time at the house.

Great Stay-Clean and Close to Everything.

This property was perfect for our girls' getaway! The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was blissfully quiet. Laura was very responsive and accommodating and I'd definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Enjoyed our stay in Frisco. Host was very responsive and checked in on us during the storm that past thru. Home is well decorated and comfortable.

Overall, this home was absolutely wonderful for our stay in Frisco. The location was convenient to everything in the area. The outdoor area is especially nice and we enjoyed dinner outside. It was also nice that all bedrooms had TVs. The only thing missing was that it would be nice to have a few extra towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Great rental

Laura was a fantastic host…very prompt communication and provided a super clean house. Comfortable in all ways…beds were great, all appliances worked fine, easy location. No complaints and hope to book again!

The location was amazing. So much around but very quite in the neighborhood. The house was clean and had one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever had in a rental.

When we arrived there was no hot water. Owner response was awesome and got some one to correct the issue promptly (90 minutes). The not so perfect response is check in was 4pm which meant no shower before going out. Also made us wonder if the house was cleaned that day how did they do it without hot water? The lock on the keypad didn't work so we had to leave the house key under the doormat after we brought our belongings into the house. Bottom line a 4pm check-in without review of the conditions on that day isn't great.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. There was one minor issue that the owners resolved quickly. Communication was great and very friendly. Lots of thoughtful amenities including a s’mores kit for outdoor firepit and a coffee bar. We would stay again! So thankful for the option to stay in a house and not a hotel.

Very well stocked kitchen, and even had some bathroom and laundry supplies provided. The owner was super responsive, especially when we had a little personal issue upon checkout she was extremely helpful and responded immediately.

I must say, while we were in Frisco, we were not there for fun, we were there for my major surgery. Once I was released to go “home” I got home and laid down in the master bedroom where I recovered. The master bedroom was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Our close family friends were there to help. They cooked for me in the kitchen and had everything they need in the kitchen. When I went for a follow up 4 days later, I found out we needed to stay a little longer for get another follow up appointment, I messaged the homeowner via Vrbo and asked for an extension, she gracefully obliged, and we were able to stay and continue to recover. My little dogs, who are more like service/confront babies were able to stay. It was really a home way from home and I would highly recommend staying here again.

Great house in the Frisco area. Easy to access and very comfortable stay. Backyard was also great to hang out in.

Great location, house was very clean and organized. They had a ton of household items on site making daily life much easier. Only issue we really had was the air conditioner was not keeping up with the heat so the house was very warm all week. It would be 3-4am before the house was “cool”. We just bought some additional fans at Walmart and that helped. We would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids had their own space with the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Us parents enjoyed having our own space with a nice size room with king bed and our own bathroom. Our youngest enjoyed the games left in the TV console. With 3 boys going to football camp and getting sweaty, I enjoyed having the washer and dryer to clean their football shirt for the next day. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay here! Location was prime for convenience and options for everything. The house was well curated, and decorated. The owner was so helpful and super responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Really had a perfect stay.

it was a nice place,really close to our wedding destination. We would stay there again.However were surprised that the lawn wasn't mowed.

We spend the month of April in Frisco with our two dogs. We were extremely comfortable with this property. Well stock kitchen and baths, a very comfortable bed, and a great location. Frisco Memorial Park is a short walk away, and we walk our dogs there almost every day. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Frisco.

Everything in Frisco is handy from this property. Access to main streets is easy. Area is quiet. Property has been well cared for and was very comfortable for my wife and me.

Great house quiet neighborhood great location

This rental was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The king bed was excellent in comfort and size . Laura responded quickly to any communication. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. We especially liked having a Keurig! The Christmas tree and left over balloon decorations were such a nice touch and good photo op. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed 5 days in Frisco and it was wonderful. A peaceful quiet neighborhood and home beautifully decorated for the Christmas Season. When coming back from a day trip into Dallas we found a neighborhood with the most elaborate Christmas displays we’ve ever seen. Horse drawn buggies filled the streets as well as car loads of people just coming to see the displays. Couldn’t have asked for a better time in our short stay. A special thank you to the property manager! Our car broke down the moment we arrived at the the rental property. The property manager showed up and we were able to find a good local mechanic to fix it. It took two days for the car to be fixed so we rented a taxi from another local company for the first two days of our stay. Everyone we met were very pleasant and gave us a chance to get to know a few locals. Excellent experience all the way around! We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Frisco or even the outskirts of Dallas. We Had An Awesome Time. Thanks Ya’ll

This location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. Frisco is such a nice, clean town. The house had everything we needed!
