Great location! The House is showing it's age as a rental.

Overall the property is perfect for a golf trip. This was our second year in a row at this property; and the same issues existed each year: ice makers did not work; grill was filthy; very annoying alarm (not needed for adults) was not shut off until 4th day; pool and hot tub were cloudy and dirty; hot tub was not hot; and outdoor tabletop fire pit did not work.

The house was perfect for 13 men golfers. Unfortunately, the 3 top-level courses outside our backyard cost $235 USD, above our budget. The internet was spotty and the hot tub took 4 days to get operating. Aside from that, the house was perfect and we may come back next year.

The house worked for our large family and we had a great time making memories, however there were a few issues, I will mention so future visitors are informed and hopefully so the owner takes care of them. The 2 biggest issues were: we were not allowed in at the 4:00 check in time we were told as the cleaning crew was still there. We called the owner and all he said was sorry. We waited 3.5 hours. Then when they finished the first floor they let us in but they still had to clean the second floor so we couldn’t go up. The cleaning crew was awesome but we didn’t actually get the house until closer to 7:30. The other major issue was their fire alarm went off most nights while we were all sleeping. We told the owner the first morning and they sent someone but said they wouldn’t be able to fix it anytime soon. We had it go off 2 more nights after and would have to hit the reset button on the third night of this a much louder alarm that pierced through every room went off insisting on a code to turn off. Luckily someone thought to use the key code and it worked. Why we weren’t told that after the first alarm is beyond me. The media room tv does not work, we called and we were told it needed a bulb and it would be overnighted, it never was fixed. The fire pit did not work and we were told it hasn’t worked for a while. With all that being said we had a great time and the house worked great for our large family. We were just disappointed in the problem solving of the mgr.

We all thought the house was very spacious, great amenities, and games just right for young and old.

Overall, a good stay. Pool water was dirty after first day and outdoor firepit did not work.

Exceeds expectations

Location of the house was very good for our group. Close to multiple golf course, stores and restaurants. All amenities were as advertised.
