I had a good time thanks that I was reunited with the family because everything related to the place was terrible.

Where to start. First of all the checking process was a nightmare. I had to sign the contract 4 times. When I arrived at the property at 4:30pm (30 minutes after the checking time) they were still cleaning and we had to stay outside waiting until 5:30pm. When we enter the AC was not working properly and it was super hot and we had 2 babies in the house. I called like 10 times at the number shared here and no one answered. I had to keep calling until they answered and took until 10pm for someone to come check. I requested to have the pool heated for 2 days and they charged me both days but the system started working the 2nd date. I had ti call SEVERAL times and no solution given for the 1st day. They said it should take 1 day to have the pool heated but that wasn’t true. The system had an error and I waited all Saturday for them to check it and nothing. Apart of all that the house was not clean and the bathrooms only had one toilet tissue. We had to buy more because there was no solution to that. I will never rent a house from AOC Vacation rental again.

Great house. Spacious. Nice pool area.

The alarm of the pool door was disconnected. The AC was working very poorly.

For the most part everything was nice, definitely a family stay house with a lot of space.

I didn’t like the fact we didn’t have access to the water park or the fact that the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. I felt like that price should have been added to the stay so we didn’t have to worry about it
