Trailer needs to be towed as close to level as possible to prevent damage. Ball height is adjustable on our hitch if using ours. Adjustments needed on it is to be done by renter depending on truck hitch receiver height. If you have your own weight distribution hitch, ball height must meet listed requirements. - Sorry, No burning man or pismo ADDITIONAL APPLICABLE FEES -Pet Fee: $100 deposit (fully refundable if no dog accidents, smells, or hair is found) NOTE: No pets on furniture please. - No smoking inside trailer (A $500 applicable fee WILL be charged if smoking is detected. Keep it outside.) -Propane will be full upon pickup and can be returned full for no charge or returned empty and we will just add on the cost to fill whatever was used to refill. (typically $20-$25 per canister for refill + $25 one time convenience fee) -Black waste must be completely emptied and cleaned before drop off or $175 fee will be assessed. -Trailer must be kept clean and returned in a respectable condition. If trailer is not returned as clean or cleaner than picked up, a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed to have professional sanitizing/cleaning done. NOTE: Please do NOT use anything but fragrance free baby wipes on any wood surfaces. Harsh chemical cleaners will strip finish from any cabinets and other wood surfaces.
