I want both the renter and I to be clear and satisfied with the RV. RV will be restricted rentals to the West Coast ONLY meaning CA, OR, WA and possibly UT/NV depending on rental time and number of renters. Deep cleaning done after and before EVERY rental!!! Please read the following for procedures that both renter and owner WILL perform for EACH rental. Owner performs factory maintenance and has many major upgrades to the interior to enhance comfort and user satisfaction. 2017 Mercedes Benz Diesel 188 HP Jayco Melbourne 24K sleeps four. No Burning Man or Pismo Beach camping!!! Very clean motor home and original owner. Vehicle gets 15 MPG using turbo diesel engine and can maintain speeds at 65 MPH climbing the largest mountains in California. Vehicle sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (up 5' 6" tall). If you have adults or big kids that would prefer to have their own "home" you have an option to rent a tent camping package for two persons. Speed Limit of vehicle allowed is 65 (recommended by manufacturer). Due to engine wear & tear, safe speeds and gas mileage (drops 2 MPG at 70 MPH) considerations I request ALL renters to adhere to this speed limit. I do this myself and plan all trip distances and times accordingly. Also, for advice when traveling I recommend around 5 hours/day driving time when using Mapquest as this will turn into 6-7 hours/day driving time. If there are 2 drivers then this 5 hours/day recommendation can be exceeded as the important issue is not to have a single driver exceeding his/her limits on driving. I prefer to have well rested drivers and will reject any marathon driving plans. Please plan your trips with these recommendations in mind as they are for your benefit!!!
