Great location. Open kitchen and living room lots of bar stools for several people to Sit comfortably. Lots of kitchen extras. We would definitely rent this home again. Parking is hard to tell from pictures but for reference, we had a Yukon in the garage, Yukon XL in the driveway, (the XL would have fit in the garage as well) and a four door Silverado in front against the fence completely off the street. Passengers just had to exit before parking. Great place!

The beach house was great. We had nine adults, one teen, there were beds for everyone. The walk to the beach was short.

The only issue we had was the fact that that the dishwasher didnt work! We called to get it fixed and the part needed to fix it had to be ordered! Minor inconvenience, but overall a great experience!!

We had 4 adults and 5 children which fit us perfectly. The house has some things that need to be fixed, but they aren’t enough to complain about. We would definitely return to this house and would recommend it others. The owner was always quick to respond to my messages prior to our stay. The beach itself was wonderful and we had plenty of privacy. This house is RIGHT ON the beach which made trips back and forth with kids so easy!!!

It appears the property has been 1/2 way rentavated?? The kitchen and master bedroom were great but the master bath was awful with its mustard sinks & tub plus no actual door for the toilet room just a dry rotted slider door.? The other bedrooms and other bath were disappointing as well. The tile by the tub would sink in if you stepped there...? We thought the floor might fall in!?? Loved that it was right on the beach!!!

The location was amazing! Close to everything that we needed. The house needed some TLC...cracked tiles, some doors wouldn’t shut, just outdated overall. It was very clean though. I wouldn’t consider it a house fit for 12 unless you had multiple children, like we did. The placement of 5 of the beds is through the master bathroom and kinda of tucked away in unused spaces. Other than the updates needed, we had an amazing time and the beach access was a hit!

Beautiful home, amazing views, and located in a quieter part of the beach yet close enough to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home. More than enough room for my family to come together for our Christmas in January trip. Could not have been more pleased.

It was relaxing. It took a while for hot water to get to the showers. Some of the lights didn't work. I think the owner should keep some basic condiments in the house

We had a perfect week! The house is spacious and its location is perfect. Once we stocked the fridge, we didn’t have to go anywhere.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay:) The management company that takes care of things is TOP notch, professional and extremely responsive. If you want to be right on the beach, this is your place. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night, just taking in the sounds and sights. This home is close to grocery stores, the Marina, activities, restaurants, and St. Andrew's Park. Pros: As mentioned, right on the beach and an extremely responsive management company if any concerns arise. The two ovens are fabulous, the washer and dryer are great, and we enjoyed the open kitchen into the family room area. Also, we have to say this is the best grill we have had at a beach house. The place was spic and span when we arrived. The beach is fabulous and being close to Schooners was a plus for those nights we needed a quick bite to eat. (long wait there, but who cares, we were on the beach). Areas of Opportunity: We'd definitely rent again regardless of these items. Just some thoughts/notes/experiences: The air wasn't working upstairs when we arrived. The unit was new so I'm not sure what happened; however, they came out immediately, did what they could that night (a little steamy up there for the first night). Came back the next day and it was perfect for the remainder of our trip. BEST management company I have ever encountered while renting a beach house. Needs a can opener:) The one there doesn't work. We left a few purchased items for the next group also. Could maybe use a few more mixing bowls. Otherwise, plenty stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. The cooktop still has two burners out, but we certainly appreciated the hot plate appliance to make up for that. The outlet in the downstairs bathroom doesn't work. This is inconvenient when drying hair, etc. Also, the faucet in the tub is coming loose from the wall when you turn on the shower. Not sure what was up with the Directv in the downstairs bedroom, but we could only get one channel. Not a big deal, as we spent most of our time outside anyway. I just wanted to let you know. We did mention it to the maintenance guy that came out to change the propane tank on the grill. He was awesome. Upstairs outlets in back room don't work. We discovered this when trying to turn on fans the first night the air didn't work. Upstairs layout is interesting;). However, we made it work. Overall: Five stars! Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful place with all of us.

Hello, This is our 3rd year staying here and we do love the location. This time however, the first night we were without air upstairs and we fought roaches the whole time we were there. Huge ones. We went and bought roach hotels to get them. We had to go buy an extension cord because our daughter stayed in the upstairs back bedroom and the outlets don't work in that room so she could use her fan while she slept. We went and bought a towel and had to put it over her window because there was no curtain or blinds on the window. The outlet in the upstairs bathroom on the left hand side don't work but I went and used the mirror area to do my hair. Dry and curl it. It has an ideal location on the beach but it could use a few things fixed. Oh yes, the stovetop has 2 burners that don't work. Of course, unfortunately, it was the 2 big ones. I used the 2 small ones. That was unfortunate. There also wasn't as much in the way of cookware to make our supper. I had no oven mitt to take the hot pans out of the oven and there were no bowls to use. Well, there was 1 glass one. I don't know if people take your stuff, and if they do I am sorry. It just needs to have a bit more to use. With the higher cost to stay there we had to eat in most of the time and it was hard to do with a small amount of cookware. Don't get me wrong we love the place it just needs a face lift to bring it back to the awesome place that it was. I left cookie sheets that I went and bought so that the next family would have them. We also tried to use the can opener and it wouldn't work at all so we had to use a knife to try and pry them open and then got shards of metal in the beans so we threw them away. Again, it just needs a face lift and some more care. I only had 2 dishwasher pods to do our dishes for a week so I went and bought a pack of those and left them also for the next family. I bought detergent for the dishes so we could wash them. I am not sure how this all works maybe we are suppose to stock the place when we come. Like I said the bugs and the utensils and the stove were the main things. Thanks though for the beautiful view and the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! It had everything that we needed plus more. The beach was beautiful and it was only a few steps away. This home will make you never want to stay in a condo again! We will definitely be back! !!

This place have everything that you will need on your vacation. Walking distance to the St Andrews State Park Pier and some restaurants and stores. The only weird part is how to get to the children's play area, you have to go through the Master's bath, my mom felt uncomfortable since you can actually see if someone is in the shower. Maybe they can add a divider or something.

Although Hurricane Michael left us without TV for most of the week, and without internet the entire week, the beach house was wonderful, as was the management group for this property. It’s hard to complain about no TV when the Direct TV repairman let’s you know that he and his son haven’t had hot water due to the hurricane for a month. The up side is that we had a lot of time to read and relax! Amazing sunsets and views, and loved Paches Pub, so close by and where we felt like locals!

Mickey and his mgt team do an excellent job responding to needs. Albeit the home is a bit dated and could use a little TLC, we had a wonderful time with family and friends from the area. As always, we travel with two fur babies (cockapoos) and Mickey allowed me to have sod planted in the front yard as this property, like most only had sand. The AC a bit of an issue, but was remedied quickly. Some instructions about ceiling fan operations and what remotes go to what TV would helpful. The only other downside was there were no kitchen towels or dish cloths and some pots/pans need replacing. No big deal though as did not mind buying those items. If you are looking for perfect, you’ll always be let down; however, this is a true gem in a great location and I’d highly recommend it. Probably one of the cleanest rental homes we’ve stayed in ... never, ever saw any bugs inside. Oh yeah, loved garage for my Suburban ... just wish we had a remote ;). Thanks Mickey !!!
