Our entire family of 14 were so comfortable here. We've never been able to sit at a dining room table together till this lovely place. All ages enjoyed it. Hot tub great, sauna great, kitchen great. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday with our children in this beautiful home nestled in a mountain side community at Hunter! Although the weather was warm and a bit rainy, we were close to beautiful hikes to waterfalls and restaurants in Tannersville. The home was beautifully furnished and there was plenty of room to spread out and have lots of game nights! The hot tub was also fun since it was covered and close to the house. I highly recommended this home for your next family getaway!

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay for 5 couples. The property is exactly as listed on VRBO. Super clean with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view too. Nataliya was amazing - so responsive and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub - especially with it having a roof as the weather was rainy. Great location - so close to Windham. The check in process was seamless. I imagine the house is very popular during ski season. We loved our stay at the Black Bear Lodge!

This home is even more beautiful than advertised! It is spacious, clean (Nataliya anticipated every possible need), conveniently located, with lovely pond and mountain views. Fall foliage added to the charm. We were able to enjoy outdoor time with the fire pit, hot tub, walks around the pond and local fall festivals. We look forward to staying here again!

We are a group of 13 old college friends who get together once a year for a weekend getaway. We are so glad we chose this house, it was very spacious and accommodated us all comfortably and everything was modern and clean. We loved sitting around the huge dining room table eating meals and playing games. The large and open kitchen contained all the cooking and serving essentials. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers for all. There is no backyard but the front of the house has a large deck with views of the lake, a fire pit and hot tub. The owner responded quickly anytime I messaged and was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again if we ever choose this area for our getaway.

We had so much fun in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 14 of us and well equipped for our youngest grandchild with pack 'n play and highchair. The house was clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee and filters, pots and pans. We loved the firepit and hot tub area and even took advantage of the sauna! Beds and pillows were comfortable. The lake area for our home was beautiful,and also well equipped with peddle boat and kayaks which provided hours of fun, but it was a bit of a hike to get there and coming back was all uphill. The only cons: no closets in the bedrooms, not a lot of space to store groceries, and there were a lot of steps to maneuver inside and out, so be aware if you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. Overall, great house, great location, great vacation.... would definitely recommend this house for rental!

We had a lovely week at this property! The house was extremely clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our whole family, ages 7-75. We would love to come back during ski season.

This was our second time staying at Nataliya's incredible home. It's enormous—so much room for large groups. You get a private beach at the pond and can go swimming / kayaking, and the hot tub was perfect at night. Also, Fellows coffee nearby is super fancy, and the small town of Hunter offers antiques and other good food (get a milkshake at Mama's Boy!) Nataliya is also excellent at communicating! Thank you for an amazing trip.

This cabin in the catskill mountains is beautiful! Plenty of room for 13 of us. The cabin was immaculate! The hot tub, the sauna, the kids games, the 3 large TVs were a plus and thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was by a lake and the view of the mountain was spectacular. Hiking trails were numerous and nearby. Plenty of wonderful restaurants. We grilled out a few times and the kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Definitely, a place to vacation with family and friends. The owner is very responsive and available as needed. Choose this cabin and you will not be disappointed with anything!

This was my second time staying here for a week's vacation with my adult children and granddaughter. We love the many hang out spots inside & out, easy access to the lake, fun restaurants nearby, and awesome hikes. The house is clean, comfortably equipped, and lovely to spend time in.

Spent a long weekend with a group of 12 at the Luxury Lodge and really enjoyed our stay. The house is huge with 3 main levels. The middle floor has the kitchen/great room/dining table/wraparound deck and worked great as the overall gathering space. The dining table was huge! The host was very fast to respond during planning and we did not have any issues at all during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. The lake was also lovely with the kayaks and picturesque views. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had a group of fourteen and had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed kayaks supplied down by the lake.The house was clean & well stocked for our stay.Nataliya was very informative & responded quickly with any questions we had.The fire pit was a huge hit & the arcade game was cool we would stay here again

Overall, the stay was nice. The master bedroom had a sofa bed where we wanted to put our kids to sleep because they’re so little and the bed was very dirty and disgusting. We had a problem with the master bedroom. There was no hot water in that bathroom the entire stay. The water was a little bit of an issue since it was 12 of us in the house. We ran out of hot water every hour and a half. There was no space in the dumpster until this morning. The toilet in the basement area was leaking a little water. FYI.. Other than that everything was OK

What can I say. The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The view of the lake was gorgeous. Everyone in my group enjoyed all the amenities, from the Sauna and Jacuzzi (very clean) to the outdoor fire pit and fireplace. We will be booking again in the near future. Our stay here was awesome! Our group does a yearly ski trip each year and this was by far the best house we've ever rented. The space was perfect for our group which ranged from from infant to adult. With 3 livable floors there was a place to get away for peace and quiet and place for us all to meet and hang out. The kitchen table was enormous and big enough for us all to eat dinner together. They had all you could need for your stay, towels, sheets, blankets, laundry detergent, trash bags, foil ziplocks, dishwasher pods, etc. The fireplace warmed the whole house. Wood was delivered with the option of more of needed. There were playpens and highchairs and gates for the kiddos already here. Plenty of beds, and bathrooms. Cozy couches, chairs, and linens. A cabinet full of games. They definitely put a lot into this home with new appliances, heated floors in the basement and bathrooms and motion sensor lights going up the stairs. The master bath has an electric fireplace and the fanciest shower heads I've ever seen. There were two washers and dryers. The jacuzzi was newer and worked flawlessly and is under cover so we could be outside not worried about the weather. The sauna was gorgeous as well. There was plenty of space for our ski equipment as well. Firepit outside looked inviting but we did not use as it was winter. Beautiful view! Also the host was super responsive and friendly. We had no problems and absolutely enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommend!!!

Natalie was attentive and solved a hot water issue in a timely manner. All features were enjoyed by the entire family. Would recommend to everyone. Three level house on side of mountain with lovely views, entrance to house not attractive as u enter thru the washer dryer mud room. Many steps to keep the young people helping

We do an annual trip among friends to enjoy mountain biking and hiking trails and this house was by far our best. The place is beautiful and many of the amenities like the hot tub, fire pit and sauna are massive and high-rolling. Considering this was one of the more affordable places in the area, we were delightfully surprised at how clean and well-equipped the place was. The host, Nataliya, is also very prompt, polite and helpful. 5 stars.

The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this property is! It was very easy to communicate with the host. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a large group (there were 10 of us). It is a perfect location near local stores/restaurants and hunter mountain zipline. I would recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a wonderful home. Very clean, appliances all up to date, very spacious with a nice open concept feel on the main floor. Plenty of rooms with beds that don’t feel cramped. Lake access is across the street but it really isn’t a big deal. Owner was very accommodating and communicative. We left a charger behind and she was kind enough to let us know and mailed it back to us. Would definitely stay here again.

My family rented this house to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The home decor is also perfect! Nataliya readily answers questions and offers suggestions for food shopping and dining. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the home’s handyman came right over. Unfortunately the fridge needed to be replaced and Nataliya compensated us for the inconvenience. She is a upstanding woman for sure!!!
