The property and location were great - just as advertised. Check in and out was done via an office that was on the other side of town so that was the only drawback.

The bus to Warm Springs is about 50 yards from the front door. This is an older place that been somewhat remodeled, but not fancy.

We found the unit to be well appointed, particularly the kitchen, and clean and the neighborhood to be quiet and well located for our activities. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that there should be four chairs for the kitchen table in a unit that sleeps 4 people.

The neighborhood is quiet (silent!!), SUPER close to downtown and the absolute perfect place I needed to come unwind and restore. The duplex is located at the base of the Heidelberg trail, a gateway to the Adam’s Gulch area. I would rate the location and value as the top aspects of this rental. We had some issues with the kitchen not being fully stocked (and it’s still not), but the property management company was very responsive in getting our asked for items over within the day! Given that the property is nearing 50 years old, we also experienced some issues with a leaky faucet, which was promptly fixed as well. The place is well worn, but comfortable with newer furniture. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen foam mattress. We arrived to no-Wi-Fi since the property was initially using the modem from next door to provide Wi-Fi to both properties (I’m sure how they got away with this arrangement). This meant that the Wi-Fi only worked when standing in the kitchen. The property management company addressed this promptly and the modem was updated. From then on, the Wi-Fi worked great, although the TV was still not able to access Netflix, etc. Luckily, after the Wi-Fi was fixed, we were able to use our personal Firestick that we brought along and were able to access Netflix, etc. (we were not able to use the TV at all prior to the Wi-Fi being fixed). The only surprise was that I asked for a vacuum (twice) as we were there for an extended stay. We were told that one would be dropped off, but it was not. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels. I appreciated having the washing machine and dryer on site, but plan to bring your own detergent as it’s not provided. All in all, this is a great budget and pet friendly option in a fantastic location. We appreciated being able to bring our furry friend along for our stay!

Pros: size, updated kitchen appliances, great water pressure, quiet, easy parking, washer/drier, affordable Cons: no screens on some windows (needed since no A/C), dirty carpets, rickety kitchen table and chairs, limited outdoor furniture With some updates, this would be very nice property. Management is working on getting screens after I contacted them.

Nice kitchen and living room although we spent most of the time on the deck which had a nice view. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Only possible negative is one dog in the neighborhood that was off leash and rushed me while I was walking by. All other dogs were friendly and owners had control of them. Would stay here again.
