Great location for food and golf. Downtown Scottsdale is really close. Nice outdoor space and pool. I think their cleaning crew may have missed this one before our visit, but we already got a great deal for our 9 day stay and the customer service rep that helped us was outstanding.

Great house close to lots of stuff. Worked great for our event at Grayhawk and was close enough to surrounding cities to find more to do. Nice common areas and bedrooms were perfect. Tons of beds to accommodate tons of people in the spacious house. The pool and outside areas were great. We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our needs. If you have a big group of travelers this house is perfect and for all ages. Would definitely stay again at this house!

My group and I really enjoyed the house, everything was nice however we were not able to enjoy the pool from all the stuff from the trees .

This property was the perfect set up for our group of 12 ladies! We were there for a hockey tournament and the booking/management team was very flexible with our rates as not everyone arrived and departed at the same time, so we were very thankful for that. The layout of the house and property was great as it allowed everyone to have their own bed and their own space if needed. The house was also stocked with everything we needed, and when we did need assistance, or something replaced (blender), they responded very quickly! Thanks for everything and we will definitely be looking to book this place again in the future!

The property is nice, nice neighborhood, close to grocery and entertainment. This house has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Management team is prompt to answer questions and there if anything should come up. Nice grass yard, nice amenities.

Robin and Natasha: first, let me say my personal communications with you were very good with quick replies and issues dealt with as you were able. Unfortunately though, the property - from curb appeal to interior to backyard - was not as advertised. We were greeted by a front yard that was dug up and left, with exposed pipes and a cactus that was on its side - obviously for some time. And, as you know, we were met with dirt on the floor and generally dirty floors, which I might suggest indicates a review of the cleaning company you employ. From there, we had an unusable BBQ (replaced quickly) and dishwasher that didn't work (replaced 4 days later). We handwashed a LOT of dishes before we could even enjoy a meal on arrival. Hopefully though, those issues should not arise again for some time. I booked the property for several reasons, including important comfortable areas for 8 people. As per the vrbo site, seating in the great room was missing 2 large chairs, the chaise sofa in the master bedroom wasn't there, neither were the outside sofa and chairs. Additionally, the ping pong table was not as pictured and was unusable, as was the bocce court. The pool had to be cleaned but was beautifully warm and was the star attraction. There were additional issues but... these represent the main ones. Overall, the property was simply misrepresented, and with a larger group we simply couldn't consider immediate relocation.

Plenty of room for 9 golf friends to stay for five days, as all rooms except the kitchen / living rooms are filled with beds, including a converted garage as one of the six "bedrooms". Only three bathrooms, two are en suite so hard to get to for anyone not staying in those rooms. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked with table ware, glasses, silverware, Home does need some TLC to fix leaky faucets, loose cabinet doors, balky sliding doors, etc.

This property is lovely with so many things to do with your littles. There were enough and even more beds to accommodate all of us. The check in process was a breeze and communication with Robin was fast and easy. They reply right away to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent choice for 11 people. Nice backyard and activities for the kids. Close to a Safeway store, pizza, Walmart and an urgent care. Highly recommend

The ping pong table is small, the hot tub wasn’t heating and had a foul odor, the internet was different than what was in the booklet, pool was dirty, and overall the house was dirty. Seems like the owners handed it off to a management company and haven’t paid any attention to the details of the house.

10/10 trip. The house had everything you would need and the backyard was incredible. Very good response time from the owners and someone even came to improve the volleyball net and gave us a new ball without us even asking! Would 100% come and stay here again!

Definitely recommend! Close to a lot of places close by , we loved the pool and outside! Did have trouble with the tvs changing channels but over all good experience

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the pool, billiards, and volleyball. Veronica was very responsive and we had a great time.

We did a 3 day retreat and the place was exactly what we needed: room to spread out, nice hot tub, heated pool and relaxing space. We had a blast!

I wish I could include the pictures I took in this review. Then the review would make more sense. Cleanliness was OK, but condition was not. Looked like there was water damage and they reused the cabinets or moved water damaged cabinets from another house to this one. Just lots of worn, unfinished areas throughout the house. Whoever owns the house has not stayed there like a VRBO customer for a few nights. Two "bedrooms" did not have closets. Not enough basic supplies for number of people house will accommodate: dishes, silverware, utensils, towels, etc, etc. The two TV chairs in main living area were so worn they had huge indents on the arms. Badminton set damaged; had to buy our own. Patio column interfered with pool table. Pool table and supplies damaged. Toilet paper holders too small for super-mega rolls provided. Had to jury-rig a Roku stick so we could watch a football bowl game on ESPNU. I could go on and on. PLUSES: heated pool; Lots of room; Lots of TV's. Renters Beware!

We had 10 guys total. 5 dads, 5 sons. Perfect property for this situation and hist was very communicative. Will definitely rebook next time.

We were all from out of state in the Midwest and wanted to find a place that would suit 11 of us. This house had it all, pool, volleyball net, amazing kitchen area and plenty of bedroom spacing. It was perfect and just what we needed for our family and friends get together. We all had an awesome and unforgettable time. The area was beautiful, and close to just about anything you would need. Highly recommend staying at this location if you just want to chill and have fun at the house

Arrived at the property to find it overrun by ants making it impossible to use ANY of the outside areas and several ants inside as well. The pool was dirty even after skimming it and pool pump was clogged, apparently for awhile because algae/fungus was growing on the steps. Broken window. (I have pic of everything) Worked with mgmt & looked at other nearby properties. After 4 hrs, found another property. Cleaner but many issues with the tv's and other electrical things not being plugged in, missing power cords, missing cable boxes making 3 of the tvs unusable, including main tv. Master bathrm shower/tub looks nice but things don't work right. Apparently the storage room in this house holds material for the house repairs...tile, paint, broken pics, etc and storage door was not even closed. . I asked for a late check out since we wasted our first 4 hrs but was denied nor offered ay type of refund/credit for our experience. We left the home in better condition than when we arrived there. Very disappointed in both homes.

Frustrating-could be as gorgeous as pictured if only upkeep was done.

The place is furnished with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed moving between the outdoor games, the pool and the TV that is also outside. The fully fenced yard allowed us to bring our dog avoiding the stress of knowing how well he is doing with a sitter or at a kennel.
