what a great find! you can't beat a private pool and hot tub on a beautiful property in north raleigh. the guest house had everything we needed and the hosts were super quick communicators and lovely people. highly recommend!

Jay and Tracy were lovely hosts. The pool is amazing, and the apartment is very cute. Needed a place with outdoor space for family and my pup to beat the heat and this home was perfect. Our hosts were accessible and quick to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

We travel to the Raleigh area from Michigan three times a year. We stay at Changes in Latitude every time. It is like our North Carolina home. It really feels like a second home to us. We love the pool, visiting with Luna and Sadie and their people are really nice too! It is nice to be able to to have our own "home" as we are visiting our son and his family. The grandkids will each spend a night with us giving us time to spend with each grandchild individually. They love swimming in the pool and their parents enjoy having them with the grandparents for a night! Staying at Changes in Latitude feels like we are at our second home.

My daughters and I had a hectic schedule attending 2 separate camps, one at NC State and the other in Apex, but every afternoon we looked forward to the pool at the property and our last night enjoyed dinner by the pool. I mostly enjoyed having Tracie and Jay at the house on the property because I was not familiar with the area when I booked the reservation and I felt like my family and belongings were safe with them being on site. Even though they were next door, they were close enough if we needed anything and very hospitable during our entire weeklong stay. In addition to the 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with a kitchen, they have a separate 1 bedroom queen bed unit in the back as well. Very impressive owners and property. We will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to the area to enjoy the amenities and camaraderie.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, Tracie, Jay, Sadie & Luna. We have never stayed at a place that was so beautiful and accommodating. My husband, myself and our 2 dogs could not have been more comfortable. We had everything we needed, the apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. I just can’t say how much we appreciate their hospitality! They excelled in making sure our every need was met. We will for sure stay here again. Jay and Tracie absolutely pride themselves on taking care of you and your family!

We stayed at Changes in Latitude July of 22 when we come to North Carolina to visit our son and his family. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a second stay over New Years for a return visit. Our second stay was as great as the first and are planning another stay this spring From the fully supplied kitchen to the amazing pool and hot tub everything is top notch. The hosts are extremely accommodating from leaving out pool toys for our grandkids to turning on the hot tub when I send a text. Nothing like a hot tub to celebrate the New Year. I highly recommend Changes in Latitude as the place to stay. It’s our North Carolina home when we come visit family.

We loved our stay at Changes in Latitude. It was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of linens and kitchen items. Our kids LOVED that there was a hot tub and pool. We visited mid-October so the pool was chilly, but my husband and kids went back and forth between the pool and hot tub. (I stuck to the hot tub, personally!) Jay and Tracie are great hosts and were very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Their place was a great "home base" for us as we explored Raleigh for a few days. Totally recommend! We hope to stay there again on our next trip to NC.

Perfect! It was exactly what I was looking for. Great location, great people.

First, Jay & Tracie were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were always reaching out every day and throughout the day if you needed anything. If you did, they were always getting you what you needed, if it was paper supplies, doing your laundry, or recommendations for places to eat. They did not treat you like clients but more like family. We really felt like it was home as they gave us our space but interacted with us to talk about the day and other crazy clients that had stayed at their property. The apartment is perfect for a small family. There are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a full size bed. The bathroom is plenty big for getting ready. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need for cooking. Sitting area is good with plenty of movies to watch as they have tons of DVD's to choose from. There is a small deck outside the front door to sit & relax but the road traffic is little noisy but didn't bother us. We had a great time walking around their development everyday as it was nice to see the beautiful homes that Raleigh has to offer. There are some great parks near by for hiking as loved to explore new places. They have two wonderful dogs (Sadie and Luna). Our dog Oreo had a blast playing with Luna almost every day. The property is fenced in so the dogs can enjoy running around the yard or hanging out with you at the pool & hot tub so you didn't have to worry about them wondering off while you were enjoying the pool. Tracie & Jay would be more than happy to fill the hot tub and warm it up to your liking at any point of the day with a simple text message to them. Couldn't ask for better service than that!!! My son had a great time playing ball with the dogs and hanging out with Jay. Conclusion, you couldn't ask for anything better than this property. You will not be disappointed with booking your stay at Changes in Latitudes. As I said, Jay & Tracie are two wonderful people and would do anything for you to make your stay at their place perfect. You will not be disappointed so give them a shot if you are going to Raleigh, NC. We definitely will be back!!!

We visit our son and his family in North Carolina two or three times a year. Changes in Latitude is going to be our new home away from home for our future visits. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the grill nearly every day. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool is awesome. The grandchildren came over every day to swim!! Sully and CoCo really enjoyed their welcome note and basket from Sadie and Luna. We really appreciated the attention to detail! There is nothing they Jay and Tracie do not think of when it comes to hosting. They are such gracious people who make you feel so welcome. They treat you like visiting family and not renters. We highly recommend Changes in Latitude!!!

The bedding was comfortable the pool was easily accessible parking was plenty full and we just overall thoroughly enjoyed ourselves if we need a price again we will return there

This is a great place and we had a wonderful stay at the Changes in Latitude. Jay and Tracie were excellent hosts and made sure we were taken care of despite travel delays and unforeseen circumstances in our itinerary during a busy Graduation weekend. We will definitely consider another stay if we’re back it the area.

Our family just got back from a wonderful stay at this apartment, which we highly recommend. The apartment itself is nothing fancy, but all the essentials are there: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Everything is exceptionally clean and works well. The location in the woods is nice (albeit close to a major road), yet close to everything at the same time (including being only about 15-20 minutes from the airport). And access to the pool and hot tub is a nice bonus. What really made this stay special were the hosts, who live in a separate house on site. If you want to be left alone they certainly will do so; however, you'll be doing a disservice to yourself if you do. They are some of the friendliest, most outgoing folks you'll ever meet. And then there's Sadie -- and her new friend Luna -- who are always ready to say hi and play catch; we're missing them already. We left feeling like we had made new friends, whom we hope to visit many more times in the future. If you're going to be in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

This was our first time going through vrbo and renting a home instead of just staying in a hotel. I was looking for a home that also had a Jacuzzi. This property had a pool as well but the pool was kind of chilly but it was still super beautiful to look at. The communication between the host and us was amazing. They were both so helpful and answered every question they even stocked our refrigerator with essentials because we had a red eye flight. I mean they went above and beyond for us. Everything was perfect they were super nice they welcomed us they set us up with a fire pit they even brought us marshmallows to roast. I think we're going to make this our yearly trip. The bedrooms were super nice clean and the beds were comfortable not to mention the sheets and the blankets were so soft. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to cook a 5 course meal. They had all the amenities and even their blow dryer was amazing. We ran out of toilet paper and they brought us some! Just wow! We would highly recommend this property! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+

The place and host were amazing exceptionally clean and friendly! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice! Beds were very comfy I honestly always look at that when we stay off and these were great! Can’t go wrong with booking here 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

My new “go-to” place to stay in Raleigh! Location is excellent…..but way beyond that is the experience & unrivaled helpfulness of Jay & Tracie. Felt like I was at Caneel Bay in St John (a 5-star hotel that caters to your every whim). Instead, I was at the Raleigh “Changes in Latitude” apartment/guest house of Jay & Tracie’s! Great people that made a horrible reason for having to BE in Raleigh (hospital visit) melt away after coming back “home”. If you want positivity, helpfulness, & folks who will happily go out of their way for you, stay here!

Nice property on the outskirts of the city. Short drive to museums and restaurants. Local parks are free, clean and nearby. Great spot for us to do similar things as home, but get us out of our routines.

Jay and Tracie really run a terrific operation. The guest house is really private, they had a place for us to park, place was clean and they even recommended great places to eat nearby. We were in town to tour UNC and Duke as potential college spots for my son the week after Super Bowl Sunday. Turns out Changes in Latitudes was a great place to watch the game too! On our last night we were able to relax in the hot tub and review our tours. I hope to stay again if he ends up going to school in the area. Many people before us have written it but honestly Jay, Tracie and their dog Sadie are all AWESOME HOSTS. We had a blast throwing the ball to Sadie one night.

My family plus 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. We needed a place we could bring the dogs to visit family in the Raleigh area. It was awesome to have full kitchen and separate rooms. The fenced yard and friendly resident dog was a hit with my dogs. Wish we could have taken advantage of the pool and hot tub, but our schedule and weather did not allow it. Very convenient to Raliegh.

We had a wonderful experience. We came in to celebrate a birthday and see Genesis in concert. The host family was wonderful and very accomindating. The hot tub was relaxing and very warm. Thank you for everything we enjoyed our time there.
