staff was not competent. Assigned a room that was occupied. Had to reset the room keys several times. Drains in sink and bathtub were clogged.

I loved the decor in the room. Colors were nice.

There seemed to be a moldy smell in the bathroom. Flushing of toilet had issues.

The bed was horrible, no sleep at all! Actually left the hotel at 6am to get out of there and head home for rest and a clean shower! The room was gross and dirty!

I asked the cleaning team for more towels...I did not receive them.

mainly the room, our shower didn’t drain, we didn’t have hot water. a staff member told us we parked in the correct lot so they took our ticket and gave us a swipe card when we were in fact in the incorrect lot. so I paid $15 to the hotel for parking then an additional $25. the man who checked us in wasn’t pleasant in the least bit

The location to the convention center was close and a very easy short walk. Check in was fast and helpful. Parking was very convenient and covered. Overall it was a very good stay there were a few items that were brought to the attention of the staff and they were corrected in a prompt manner. The customer service at check out was very professional, quick, courteous.

That I had to ask for items that should not have been over looked.

The room was amazing. Very spacious. The hotel was in a great location.

We couldn't find a do not disturb sign for the door, so the first day housekeeping came in when we didn't want them too. The next day was checkout and housekeeping tried to come in an an hour before checkout and then 30 mins before checkout. It felt very intrusive since we were trying to get our stuff together and get dressed. We could hear them doing the same thing to the rooms next to us. Could housekeeping at least wait until checkout time before attempting to barge in?

Location is great and we were to walk everywhere. The employees were helpful. Our bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was great. (We like it cold)

Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Found small hairs on the toilet. The pillows are awful. They’re very squishy with little support. Bring your own.

Fantastic location. Loved the convenience of the parking deck directly under the facility. Lobby area was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed and pillows

There was a little bit of rust or grime in the bathroom, around the safety bar. The card I was given to swipe for parking did not work

Great location in the heart of downtown Raleigh! Decent and standard accommodations for a classic hotel brand.

Not much bad to say, they don't have continental breakfast so just be mindful of this if you are a hotel breakfast person.
