The place is great! View is good, walking distance to shops and food. Right across from the beach. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice place right across street from Charlie Young beach! A little confusing trying to find the place but very well appointed and great location. We even saw a neon-lit bicycle parade! Happy accident, we found a place for great food, outdoor dining, and the BEST mai tais! Ami Ami!!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay, accommodations, everything. The owner was great, helped suggest places, called to make sure we got checked it. Super nice, friendly. It was the best location to the pool, great view, beach access. It made for a easy, and relaxing stay with kids. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Everything about this condo was great. The location was very good. Walking distance to one of the best beaches in Kihei (where the sea turtles hang out!) and very near many restaurants & shops. The condo was comfortable and pretty. Our kids loved the loft. Basic kitchen necessities were provided. Many nice-to-haves were available for our use (including beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, and snorkel gear). The grounds were decent. Swimming pool was small but functional. The view of the sunset from the lanai was very nice! The host was *extremely* proactively informative as well as very responsive We'd stay again.

Condo was near perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked with all the necessities, including beach items. Favorite part was the lenai- nice view of the water and beautiful landscaping all around. Showers were both pretty short, but we are all 5'11" or taller, so it comes with the territory. Hosts were very responsive and quite helpful. Minor issue with access, but owners quickly resolved the problem. Wish we could have stayed longer! Mahalo

Great property! Great location! Great owner! Doesn’t get much better than this condo. The location is perfect, wonderful views, easy walking access to everything you need. The condo was fully stocked with all essentials. So nice to have boogie boards and chairs. The owner was so responsive and so understanding when we had to make some changes. She really went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

This property was very cute, has a great view from the balcony and is close to the ocean (3 min walk or less). It’s a 15 minute walk to some great shops and food. Highly recommend.

We had our children and grandkids stay with us. We had children as aged one and two and found the unit well equipped and close to the beach.

Our experience with this property and owner was wonderful from start to finish. The condo was beautiful and fit our family comfortably. The views of the ocean from the lanai are amazing. Location is in Kihei near beaches, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. Perfect place for a stay in paradise.

Very nice

We loved staying in this 4th floor condo. It was great to be on the top floor because you get the best view of the ocean from the porch. Since we booked our vacation only 3 weeks out, we had to move condos. This was our favorite location. We loved being so close to the Cove and the restaurants/shopping. We also loved Charley Young Beach. We saw a lot of sea turtles, especially when snorkeling to the right. Yelena was very responsive and worked with us when we realized the pool was closed for repairs and then when we asked for a late checkout. She patiently answered my many questions about the area and condo. The condo was very comfortable. My son didn’t want to share the second bedroom with his sister and so slept comfortably on the pull out couch. We loved all the beach equipment: chairs, boogie boards, etc. The condo had been recently updated and was very clean. We would definitely book this condo again!

Amaizing place, great location. The owner responds quickly to any questions we had, regardless before booking or after check in. A small unclarity on VRBO listing has been resolved by the owner's response. Upon our arrival, the room was clear, labeled "sanitized" and staffed with everything we needed. We have found 3 coffee makers! We didn't have enough time to use all 3 TVs though ;) The owner sent us valuable recommendations on places to visit and eat. Some of those we knew and planned, other were great doscovery. The appartment is spacious and bright. Mirrors on one of the walls add even more pleasant feeling, especially reflecting breathtaking ocean view.

The location is perfect - a short walk to beach and to stores with the bonus of being able to watch the sun set every evening from the balcony. The communication with owner was immediate. Would love to visit again.

The location of this property is fantastic. Everything you need is there for your use. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again one day.

I knew nothing about Maui so just chose Kihei because it was Central. Didn't know anything about the area so chose this condo because it had great reviews and was affordable. And what a find it was. Perfectly located.. Right across from fantastic Charlie Young Beach... Walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. And the condo itself.... Comfortably housed all 6 of us. (And we're all about 6 feet tall+. A/C worked great.. Kitchen and laundry were a huge plus, BBQ area downstairs was a nice touch. Also a closet full of Beach supplies.. Ie chairs, boogie boards, towels. Highly recommend checking this one out. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

This condo is in a great location and sparkling clean. We loved having our coffee while watching the sunrise, being able to walk across the street for sunset at Charley Young Beach, and within walking distance of food, coffee and shopping. A perfect base for exploring Maui and we'd love to stay again!

Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and feeling of spaciousness with the high ceiling. There was a shower head over the jacuzzi tub but it was not operational. I realize the listing said there was no shower in the loft bathroom, but it would have been nice to have had one. Loved the location and nearby Charley Young beach. It was disappointing that we only had TV the last few days in spite of owner and cleaning lady getting a repair person who came 3 times before it was fixed. Overall we enjoyed the place and would recommend it.

Kihei is an awesome spot to set up camp while visiting Maui. Our stay at Maui Vista was exactly what we needed and we enjoyed it immensely. The moisture has taken its toll on closet and cabinet doors a little but the place is definitely well looked after. We found we needed to run the air conditioners almost full time just to keep it tolerable. Even the locals were making comments about how brutal the heat was while we were here though. The view is awesome off the lanai and coffee every the morning is great out there. We only got in trouble once for being "noisy" before 8am while 3 of us were on the deck having a normal conversation. The grounds keeper felt the need to shush us. They're pretty serious about their quiet time. Condo was well stocked with all beach accessories that one would possibly need. Boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, and floaties. Beach was right across the street! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and basic spices. It's also very convenient to fill water bottles for the day at home rather than but water all the time. We went through gallons of water trying to stay hydrated while we swam with the turtles and boogie boarded at the beach.

First time using VRBO. Ellen was easy to work with and provided great communication. It was a great place to stay just a two minute walk across the street from the beach!

I would most definitely stay here again! Ellen was quick to respond and super helpful!!!!

Great property and experience. The youngsters recommend upgrading the electronics.... For those that don't spend as much time on the beach.

Great Location and Condo

What a great condo this is. Beautiful oceanview, centrally located, amazing beaches...literally across the street. Further, the condo was well stocked with many amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, with the exception of food of course, but everything else you would need at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, masks, snorkels, tennis racquets...you name it, its probably there. The owners were great also. Easy to get a hold if and responsive to any needs you may have. All around wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for a Condo across the street from the beach with very little tourists; this is the place. The location was everything for us.

The owner of the home was EXTREMELY nice. So. I’ve that she allowed us to check in very early around 7:30am as our flight arrived around 5:45am. Before arrival I had messaged the owner regarding the AC units and other reviews that were concerned about how hot it got. And I was told that “opening the sliding glass doors would create a wonderful breeze” needless to say that just created more issues with the heat. Sadly the AC units both in the gathering area and master bedroom do not cool down the house sufficiently. The ac unit in the master bedroom is outdated and old and the window in the bedroom doesn’t seal all the way so hot air is allowed in while cool air is allowed to leave. The upstairs is unbearable. The house overall except the kitchen is dirty. Hand marks all over the door frames. Dust pretty much everywhere including on top of the master bed frame. The spare box fan in the master is disgusting. The was what appeared to be blood spatter near the shower on the bathroom wall. If you run the dryer be prepared to have it get hotter as the exhaust from the dryer expels into the cabinet above it which makes the house even hotter. The pull out bed was attempted stop sleep in because our friends couldn’t handle the heat from upstairs however the bed was difficult to figure out so they had to sleep upstairs. Again, the owner is nice. But the unit needs some major TLC and upgrading of AC units. The jacuzzi tub was attempted to be used but the water pressure is close to a trickle. Took exactly 30mins to fill 1/4th of the way. Was looking to stay here again but until the ac units are upgraded and the house has a DEEP clean. I won’t be staying here again.

Everything was exactly as expected, Enjoyed having the boogie boards, beach chairs and tennis rackets. My only disappointment was the cooling system. Living area was OK, but the upstairs bedroom was uncomfortably hot and the cooling unit in the downstairs bedroom was not exactly an air conditioner but a swamp cooler which was very noisy.

We stayed here with our 7 year old kids and had a great time. The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The beach gear available was a big plus! The grounds of the condo are nice as well and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the evenings. Parking was never an issue. And the condo is conveniently located in South Kihei.

The appartment has everything you need, was very clean, and is well equipped (beach chairs, enough towels, boggy boards, kitchen supplies etc. etc.). We enjoyed the great view and short walk to everything in Kihei. You get a great value.

Great location and price! Wonderful amenities and many thoughtful touches (toiletries in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry essentials, boogie boards, tennis equipment and beach chairs). Downstairs shower was awesome! (We didn't use the upstairs jacuzzi tub but it looked very clean and she provided a lovely supply of bath salts.) The clothes washer and dryer seemed brand new and were able to handle our laundry loads. Our daughter is a budding chef and she was very impressed with all the culinary supplies available. She was able to prepare all her favorites (breads, granola bars, roasted veggies). The upstairs loft got a bit hot during the peak heat hours of the day, but a quick shower before an afternoon nap did the trick! :) We walked each morning (about 10 minutes) to Beach Street Maui for amazing lattes. Since we are fitness freaks, we bought a 1-week pass to Powerhouse Gym, just a short drive. Great restaurants: Sansei Sushi (Kihei) Ami Ami (Kihei), Kamana Kitchen Indian (Kihei), Nutcharee's Authentic Thai Food (Kihei), Miso Phat sushi (Kihei) Aloha Joy vegan food truck (Kihei), Kraken coffee truck (Kihei), Choice Health Bar vegan (Lahaina). Great Grocery Stores: Safeway on Pi'Ikea Ave, Foodland on Kihei Rd, Whole Foods in Kahului (on our way back to the airport).
