Such a cute studio! Great amenities, although bring your Keurig or instant coffee with you. Clean, host was wonderful, perfect stay for an overnight trip. Grocery store, restaurants right across the street, and felt very safe in that neighborhood with young people in the building renting out their apartments were really sweet and friendly.

This property is perfectly located, minutes away from any and all Provo destinations. Check-in was seamless. When a minor cleaning issue arose, property manager was prompt in his response. It should be noted that it is located on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but would be for someone with difficulty navigating stairs. Ideal space when visiting local family/friends. Will definitely book again!

This was perfect for a short stay for me. It's small but no smaller than a hotel room and in wonderful condition. It's in walking distance of the conference center and so many wonderful restraunts.

The experience checking in was very easy, and the owner was very clear and easy to communicate with. The room itself was nice, exactly as advertised.

This property is located right downtown Provo with access to all services. The property is clean, comfortable and the owner operator is a great communicator. This is our second time staying at this property and we would be back when we are through Provo again.

The crash pad is located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, hospitals, convention centers, and a grocery store. The room was quite and I felt very safe. The property manager was extremely responsive.

Clean and perfect for my stay!

The hosts respond quickly. They are very professional. The location is great. Right across the street is a major grocery store. Two minutes south is downtown provo where there are restaurants, the temple, and stores/entertainment. Five minutes from BYU campus. Ten minutes from UVU campus. Ten minutes from a major mall. Plenty of free parking. The internet is good enough. The shower water hot. Enough space for one/two guests. There is enough room for luggage. There are more than enough provided amenities. Your belongings will be safe when left in the studio. The noise level from neighbors is a lot (subjective). The floors creak. The walls thin. Any movement from you or neighbors will be heard. I felt bad for the neighbors.

We made a quick trip to Provo UT for our granddaughter’s graduation from BYU. This place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed: microwave, small refrigerato, cups for hot chocolate, TV, shower, hair dryer,etc. it was cold while we were there but it was warm in the studio. There are other apartments around you so we always felt safe. It was very quiet also. It was perfect for the two of us. It is up three flights of stairs and you might need help getting luggage up there if you are older.

It was very clean and the location was great!

Nice little area. Perfect for going to conferences in the business area. Lots of dining nearby and grocery store for easy meals.

Loved this VRBO! The ambiance and charm of the Old chapel takes you away from the hurry and worry of everyday life. The area is convenient, and close to anything you may need. The hosts were helpful, instructions were simple and easy. I would definitely return!

The apartment is clean and simple. It has everything you need and is close to places to eat and visit. Great place to stay by yourself or with a partner if you're looking for a quick getaway!

This property is well maintained and very clean. We felt comfortable and had all the basic things we needed for an enjoyable stay. The room is located really close to downtown Provo and made it accessible to all the things we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Super cool unit in an old converted church! Renovations are recent, so everything is fresh and clean. Only potential downside is that surrounding units seem to be filled with college students, and there is a fair amount of activity though the building all day. Wasn't a big deal to me though, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Easy access in downtown area without noises of typical busy area. Tastefully decorated and maintained well.

I thought it was really neat how the building was a converted church building. The studio was very cute with the exposed brick detail. It was furnished with everything I needed and was within walking distance to where I needed to visit. The host was very helpful during check in.

Great apartment in old church, near everything

This property was perfect for me and I plan on staying here every time I visit Provo!

The studio was very quaint and convenient to the local stores/restaurants. I was there on business and it was literally a few blocks from our corporate office. I would definitely recommend this studio.

Everything was perfect, from the booking all the way to our stay. Todd was very communicative, everything was exactly as described and we loved our stay. We are looking forward to going back to Provo and spending longer at this property.

This place is outstanding! The studio apartment was cute, nicely decorated, comfortable and located in the heart of Provo. We will recommend this property to all of our friends that are traveling this way. We will definitely stay here again. The hosts are great communicators and provided all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Great little place for a couple of nights. We needed something cleaned and the management had someone there in less than an hour to have it taken care of. I wasn’t a fan of the memory foam mattress, they’re just too warm for me. They were great and got us all the info we needed for our arrival. I would stay again!

Just the right size for a getaway. Close to downtown. Nice, historic building, but well modernized.
