Our stay here was smooth and easy-peasy thanks to Tara! She provided all the information needed for easy check in and out, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Beyond that, the location was great ~ an easy jaunt into town and nearly right across the street from the new Adventure Park, for those who are interested. Also close to several local wineries that were a treat to visit! As noted in the description, it is an upstairs unit, so everyone in the party should be comfortable going up and down stairs for access. Would recommend this condo, without hesitation!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We wanted to be walking distance from downtown and we were, even in the snow and ice. The accommodation were as described. It was warm and cozy and all expectations were met.

My mom (77 years old) came to visit and we decided to take her to Leavenworth to experience the Christmas Sights in Washington's Bavarian Mountain retreat! This condo was the ideal setting. Nicely kept and updated, perfectly located wtih great amenities. The three bedrooms were ample for our group and each of us had a private room (although my daughters had to share a bed). We would definitely come back!

The condo exceeded all of our expectations! Great place for kids and our little dog. The property manager was terrific and our stay was terrific! You can’t go wrong with this condo!! We will definitely be staying again.

Good location in a nice complex of condos. Closet doors in the master need a little adjustment and it could use an air conditioner. The fans did help though. The two other bedrooms could use king beds. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We spent a weekend with our son and his family at the Icicle Ridge Condo. We were all very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the property. It was perfect for four adults and two little girls. I received all check in info a couple of days before our trip and everything went very smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. I never got feedback on the other two beds, so I can't comment on them. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing, staying here was simply amazing. Condo was beautifully decorated much brighter than the pictures show, well stocked, located in a quiet complex close enough to walk to the golf course, into town and a nice, easy trail. A definite place we’ll stay for future trips.

Check in process could not be easier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice, homey atmosphere! Easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great mini vacation in Leavenworth with adult kids and dog. Location of condo was great - easy distance to the center of town. Clean, cozy, plenty of cooking supplies. Shower had great water pressure, beds comfy. Tara responded to inquires promptly. Nice stay!

We had a great time in Tara's condo. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for food prep. It was close to down but we did drive to town since it was very cold outside. Nice place and a fun couple days in Leavenworth

My overall review is that the place was fine and nothing more. Listing Additional Information: - The condo is actually 0.8 miles from the start of Front St. according to my watch. This is if you take the shortest route along the highway. - Air conditioning is only one unit in the main area and a portable unit in the master bedroom. Possibly a bit warm for people in the summer months, but not an issue for our weather. - Master bathroom is a pretty small shower only, not a tub. - Dining table set is counter height (36") Good - Clean - Average kitchen outfitting. Non-stick pans are getting old and actively pealing, so we didn't use them. - Decent foam mattresses. A little soft for me, but that is a personal preference question. Bad - The master bedroom faces Icicle Road, which is ~30ft away and highly trafficked. It is not quiet most of the time. - The balcony is super small; there are only 2 chairs, which take up a lot of the space. - The condo is minimally maintained/appointed. Many lightbulbs out in the kitchen and bathroom. No spare toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. - Folgers coffee was the provided option, so bring your own, if you care about coffee at all.

Great property- plenty of space for two couples on a road trip to see the area. Host/property manager Tara was very easy to communicate with regarding questions or concerns. Beds were comfy, furniture was great for four of us when hanging out and everything we needed was supplied. Will stay again when we visit next!

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a few days. The property was clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location for visiting Leavenworth and the beautiful area surrounding it.

The property exceeded our expectations. Excellent location. Close enough to town to walk. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. The hosts have thought of everything. It was pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable. The town is charming with lots of shops with unique offerings. We also visited the reindeer farm which was close by and very educational. Lake Wenatchee is also close by.
