Way overpriced for the façade of a quality downtown property in upper omaha. Food and beverage space, covered in tarp and closed. Sticky room floor thank you swiffer. Dust on windowsills, lack of attention to even the tiniest details, a sham hotel looking somehow to compete with the convention and business market??? You have a long long way to go, and to add insult to injury, kick up another thirty bucks for parking- even Vegas hotels advise up front about parking, at about half the rate. Comfortable bed, though.

Very clean and large room

No real bar or place to have a drink and relax. Breakfast is a meagre “grab and go” and not good at all. There is no place to eat it at a table. Staff was not warm or friendly and verged on being cold and unfriendly

best night sleep I’ve ever gotten! the rooms were really cool and so quiet. absolutely loved this hotel. also helped that the staff was so nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel and professional staff. Received free valet upon a late night arrival time. Was given a free glass of wine from the staff and they brought our luggage inside. Updated facility and was a great stay!

Unusual but beautiful decor. Spacious room & great bathroom, esp the shower. Very cold refrigerator (unusual for a hotel).

Arrived earlier than check in . Desk receptionist was not very friendly (we had our car valet parked); explained that we knew we were early & just wanted 2 store luggage (which they did. upon our late afternoon check in, we went to room only to find someone was staying in room. Another trip to desk, a supervisor & finally new keys & new room. Young gentleman working Valet was very accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was a “grab & go” but no trays or container (i.e. paper bad etc) was provided. For most guests it took 2 trips back to room esp if you had coffee. If

The lobby smells amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel, more like a loft. It was very nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!

We loved the older building and the decor was nice. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were quiet and relaxing. The Speakeasy was fun.

I felt that the website was misleading, as it didn't mention that the hotel restaurant was under construction.

The hotel had a very classy and elegant feel. It had the style of a much older hotel, but still felt brand new and up-to-date.

The only downside was the small construction areas within the hotel, but we understand that cannot be avoided at times.

The AC control panel’s light can’t be turned off, and it really messed up my sleep.

I didn't eat anything offered for breakfast as it was "grab and go". Nothing was available that I could eat. All the food had gluten or sugar - wasn't very healthy or for anyone with diet restrictions.

I think this would have been a 5 out of 5 stay if the restaurant wasn't under construction. Staff was lovely, the place was clean, I had everything I needed other than a food option in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, though as a single women, one person at the front desk in the evening did not feel very safe or secure for me. There was no restaurant at the hotel just junk snacks and no place to go to eat a meal within several blocks.

A place to eat breakfast, is essential when you are working all day. If a women is traveling alone it should feel more secure. Very fun spaces but essentially there is absolutely nothing around the hotel except a place for a cup of coffee next door.

The building looks wonderful.

The price was very high,as well as they took the money out of our account two weeks prior of staying there without permission..No coffee maker worked right. No hot water to take shower.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The room was a nice size, comfortable. The design and decor of the hotel is very nice and appealing. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Needs a restaurant and more free parking.
