Cheap you get what you pay for pictures looked good No breakfast or coffee people in the next rooms talking and yelling all night no room service had to ask for towels each night stayed 6 nights no services nowhere else to go everything else booked

Leaving 5 minutes after getting the keys to the room.

While checking in, customers saying their bed was broke, another one saying their door didn't open, the overall cleanliness being disgusting. The front desk not having my reservation that I made in April, trying to give me rooms that I did not reserve, looked like the hotel hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not months, hotel should be condemned until refurbished. Priceline and other on line servers should remove them from the search. Rating is a 1 because cannot rate them lower. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had!

It was close to zoo.

The hotel was a total mess. Everything was out of order Elevator, pool, juice machine, door locks, printer. No luggage racks. Not enough towels for our room. No hand towels or washcloths. Ice machine broken. No hot or cold breakfast offered. Dumpster completely full with trash everywhere. Hotel completely dirty. Hallway and stairway not vacuumed. Vomit on carpet not cleaned up. Broken outlets in room. Tub and sink drain did not drain properly....plugged. Mold in bathroom. Sheets and comforter torn and full of holes. Bed very uncomfortable. Hotel needs to be shut down. 😒

Nothing

No Comforters, The pool wasn't running, my bathroom sink wasn't connected to plumbing so it drained into a bucket and it smelled like Marijuana through the entire hotel. Also, the beds sounded like they were going to shoot springs straight through the roof when you sit down on them.

The staff were friendly

Pretty much everything else. Burn holes in thel sheets, the TV didn't work the place was filthy, there were NO towels or anything in the room, and despite claiming to serve breakfast, they didn't. Definitely would not stay here again

Breakfast was okay, but it would be nice if they were able to have a little more variety.

I had to wait an hour for my rooms. Was supposed to have joining rooms and that didn't happen. In one of my rooms the TV didn't work, no microwave, no hair dryer. The pool was disgusting and nothing like the pictures.

Location was good and close to the zoo

We had to wait outside to come in. We had no towels. Room looked like it was falling apart and the breakfast was nothing much to eat and drinks were all out.

What I liked about it was although there was a mess up between booking.com and my reservation it still only took about 15 minutes

The breakfast

I can’t even like the price after getting to the property and just the walk to our room. The pool closed for maintenance and it was not being maintained nor mentioned on their website-pool closed. The lobby when 1st walking in Freezing. 1 Staff was huddled in front of a tv watching a movie, feet up and all, didn’t notice us come in. Then stated booking.com wasn’t working but face is a room and swore and said have to have manager fix it. Out of order signs on bathrooms, in breakfast area etc. This hotel shouldn't even be a franchise at this point. They are a horrible misrepresentation of the Franchise. Sadly they are “associated” as close to one of the best zoos and close proximity. I will definitely not recommend even though, we stayed because we wanted to assume some of the reviews may be harsh- they are not. SPOT ON. We only stayed because it was non refundable. Not worth even what we paid. No breakfast and when asked they just shrugged.

There wasn’t an area that was not in horrible disarray of damages to walls, ceilings, public use facilities, pool, any maintenance is not being done. They are just utilizing the rooms that are still holding up. Very limited lighting in rooms, no batteries in smoke detectors (pictures for proof) no phone service but phones still in room. Had to move the tv stand in order for the remote to work to watch any tv, window was broken in the room we were given, water damage around window, heater squealed when cooling to shut down, but mostly ran because it was so cold in the building. One towel no washcloths etc in our room, pillows were the size of accent pillows, the bathtub was peeling up and mold, a lot of rinse cleaning and not scrubbing. Black fuzzies on white bedspread- questioning if there was a sanity or big issue. No breakfast AT ALL.

It was warm enough

The front desk clerk insisted that booking.com did not work with the comfort inn, so I had to pay separately by my credit card, and I hope you don’t charge me.

everything. First room TV shattered, 2nd room smelled like pot. 3rd room bedding was a stained. carpet was wet. bathroom dirty. we left and went to different hotel!!! Guy at counter told us that the kinda of hotel this is!!

Staff

The hotel needs a complete overhaul. Our room had bugs. The pool was unavailable. The fitness was not a fitness room. The hotel was not as pictured. Sketchy area. It was my birthday weekend. Very disappointing!!

it was a place to sleep after 14 hours traveling

hallways smelled like someone pooped on them, tub didn’t drain so had to stand in water while showering, bed spread ripped, carpet coming up in bathroom doorway. bathroom door didn’t fully close
