Nice lay out for a 1 bedroom unit.

The heating needs to be addressed. The place was absolutely freezing when we arrived. Even after turning up the heat in all the rooms, we still couldn't get the temperature up very high throughout the unit. Appliances are very old. The fridge had rust along the inside of freezer. Baseboard heating wasn't sufficient to heat the unit and there was rist on the heating elements. The bed frame was very rickety and needs to be replaced. Felt like it was going to fall apart when my gf and I first went to lay down on it. Mattress also needs to be replaced. For all of the money the owner was asking for a 1 night stay, he still wanted us to take out all of the garbage even though he hired a maid service to clean the unit. For this price, the client should not have to be forced to take out all the garbage to the curb. Owner kept telling me to check the renting platform for instructions on how to enter the unit upon arrival. I had to tell insist that he finally provide the door access code and instructions for entering the unit- after I told him the platform said that the owner was supposed to contact me on the same day for these instructions. Found that part very confusing and the owner should be providing instructions according to what is mentioned on the rental platform.

Old mismatching furniture seems to be brought from the garage sale. Kitchen infested with ants. Renovation was done about 15 years ago from the cheapest materials, the apartment needs major investments. Bedding for the sofa bed not washed after the previous tenants, we had to wait till 22.00 for the clean bedding linen. Sofa bed mattress in very poor condition. No BBQ as described. Quite noisy as adjacent cottages are rented for big groups. Close to the golf but you can't walk there before 8 pm when it's already getting dark so no sense to stay close unless you have golf membership. Complicated check-in process, they oblige you to install an app just to be able to get the code. 250$ deposit required after the booking that is not mentioned when you book the apartment. I travel quite a lot and 95% of my reviews are very positive, but here I don't understand why booking.com lets publish accommodation that does not meet any basic standards and that is not managed by professionals. I attach a picture of bedroom closet to show the total indifference of the owner to everything except collecting payments.

The nature channel was on when I walked in and it brought a nice warm and inviting atmosphere right away. It's a nice and bright space with a nice view. Full kitchen had everything I'd have at home, individually controlled thermostats for each room was really nice, and it's very easy to locate

The pots were dirty when I went to use them. Pots needed to be scrubbed and not just put in the dishwasher. 10am checkout is a bit early too. Asked for late checkout and was told no because of the cleaners schedule, even though I was told nobody had booked the place the next day.. so that wasn't very accommodating, but i'd still rebook in the future

It is a wonderful little home with ALL the necessities and amenities. Very comfortable in every way, and great location close to the center of Mont Tremblant, and yet very quiet. private neighborhood.

That we could not lock the door when we left. No keys available, they request to download an app for entry, I could not, so they set up a code for entry. It did not work but fortunately, they were available, and let us in on their end very quickly. Beware of door handle, terribley close to the edge of the door and easy to smash a finger.

When we arrived at the property at the confirmed check-in time (3 pm) it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor, food on the floor, the bed was unmade and slept in, and there were remnants from the previous person who had stayed there. After contacting the host, we were told that it is difficult to get cleaners in Mont-Tremblant. Why bother renting your property if you can’t properly maintain it? The host and the instant suites manager both agreed to reimburse me the 85$ cleaning fee and sent someone right away. We had to stand outside in the rain for over an hour while the property was being cleaned. After our stay, multiple calls and e-mails were exchanged concerning the reimbursement and I was told it would take 14 business days. Later, I was told that there was no need to be reimbursed because there was only a delay of one hour and after all, the property had been cleaned. I’m appalled by the customer service. I can understand that there can be delays and miscommunication, but we should have at least been notified that there would be a delay, rather than have us standing outside in the rain for over an hour. If you say you’re going to reimburse your client, respect your word. Not to mention, they’re extremely rude, with the exception of the host Adeel, who was very understanding and sweet.

check in was a big problem you check in all by smart phone and the Process is too complicated to follow and and the Web pages aren't accessible had to call numerous times just to get passcode to be able to get in. Also to check out is the same and could not lock the door so I had to call to confirmed that the door was not locked when I left For me personally not worth the money For all the headaches that I could.

The Venetian blind was broken as was the arm of a chair on the deck. We needed to ask the neighbor in the unit above us for the wifi code, which had not been provided.
