It was warm and welcoming! Quite a bit of stuff left in master closet, but not really a complaint! Amenities and beach wonderful.

Condo was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Loved the screened in porch. It was very peaceful overlooking the lagoon and listening to the birds. Lock to the sliding glass door was broken and reported on our arrival. It did not get fixed during our stay and made us feel a bit uneasy. Heated pool is a short walk away and very nice. Splash pad was cool and refreshing. Beds were a bit hard and could use a pillow top or memory foam pad. Plenty of hot water. Unit came with 5 beach chairs and plenty of towels for the beach. Anna Maria was a short drive over the bridge and is where we spent most of our time. A guidebook would have been helpful to navigate how to use the AC and TV. Overall, we loved our stay!

Our place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed minus beach towels and washcloths. The host even added an extra personalized piece with our stay. We are thankful for those who open up their homes to us. The gas grills on the property were outstanding as well. The pool was great and was shallow enough for our four and five year-old to swim in. If you are worried about being off the island for your stay, don’t be! It took only a few minutes for us to get there every morning. Island Vacation Properties provided us with incredible customer service. there was always someone available when I needed something answered. I felt like I was always in the loop. We will use them again in the future!

Our family truly enjoyed everything about this condo and the location. The pool is right outside the condo, the beach is a mile away and there is a restaurant at the end of the parking lot. You really wouldn't ever have to get in your car once you are there unless you want to explore Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bikes, a scooter and everything you need for the beach and pool. Will be back.

The is a wonderful condo that was very clean and had everything and more that we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, several different kinds of teas and coffee for the keuring. The beds were very comfortable with very nice bedding. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. There was plenty of dish washer tablets and laundry pods available. The screened in lanai was a great place to hang out with coffee and still get some sun on windy days. I will definitely consider staying here again. The pool area was very nice with soft music playing and comfy lounge chairs. The unit also had two high end bikes, beach chairs and beach toys to use. The unit had numerous kids games and cards which was fun for my 6 year old granddaughter. I also appreciated the gated community. I have not one complaint about this unit.

This condo was perfect. We were here for Thanksgiving week to be with family. The rooms were perfect, nicely decorated and comfortable. Half the family was in a second unit but joined us for dinners. We had seating for all. WE WERE so impressed with supplies and cooking and serving pieces. Close to restaurants too. Coffee area really impressed us . The welcome basket was a first for us. Nice touches.

The condo had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The bikes/beach chairs and towels were a bonus. The only negative…We would have liked to walk and ride bikes in the back part of the property.

Nice property across the bridge from Anna Marie island. The bikes were great to tour the island. One of the best places we stayed because of the amenities. The pool and splash pad were great for the kids plus is only $200 to rent a boat for half a day at the Marina.

This was our first time renting in Bradenton/ Anna Maria and we must say that we were very pleased. Our rental with IVP went smoothly and the condo where we stayed on Aruba Circle was excellent. Well appointed, clean and charming. Being a corner unit the lanai provided welcoming breezes. Most of all we enjoyed having our Cavalier King Charles being with us. The area is very pet friendly and the walks around the lagoon were lovely. All in all a lovely vacation.

Loved the condo!! It was extremely well stocked, very comfortable unit.Did notice the shower in the master bath was a little unusual. You had to stand on a wooden raiser, probably because the floor was very slippery.

The room was so nice. The welcome package was extremely appreciated and thoughtful as we traveled for many hours to arrive at our destination. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was provided. We enjoyed time with our family and friends. The washer and dryer was a wonderful and needed item. We loved the beaches (we went to several beaches). Someday, I hope to buy a place like this and be an awesome host for those who really need a break from such a busy life. Thank you.

Beautiful and secure property with easy access to local restaurants, bars snd activities. The property description and layout was accurate to the listing. We had some issues with internet bandwidth and limited cellular service for AT&T devices. Overall grounds were nice but which there was access to the other swimming pools to add some variety. It was clean and well maintained and rental provided bikes and other beach items. I would recommend providing a better umbrella since can have up to 7 guests. The unit had pretty much everything you would need as a home away from home. I would recommend Island Vacation Properities provide at least a drop box when checking out for properties utilizing keys and key fobs to avoid traffic going back over to the Holmes Beach area. I would definitely recommend to a friend/relative and would rent again in the future.

One particular harbor was the perfect spot for our family to have some time away. Plenty of space! The view is gorgeous from the screened in lanai, lovely for a morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need they even had dishes for kids, perfect with our 2 year old. Very quiet and convenient to the pool. My kids loved the pool, splash area, and play ground! It was great to take a short walk to The Floridays restaurant for a casual dinner over looking the bay. Just a quick drive over the bridge to manatee beach. The monkey bus can also pick you up there if you are without a car! Absolutely loved it! Island vacation properties staff were amazing and so accommodating.

Great trip! Nice condo. Excellent location. The only things that could have been better: larger beach towels, better quality beach chairs, propane for fire pit, sheets had stains. Our condo was not ready at 4:00 which was disappointing.

We loved this property. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the location. The pool closed at dusk which was a little disappointing as the kids would have liked to swim after 5:00. The only recommendations I have would be for the bedroom with the twin beds: room darkening shade as there are interior lights inside the building that stay on all night; the smart tv appears to have not been set up so the tv could not be used. Other than those minor things we loved it snd would stay again.

We stayed here in March 2022. It was a great location and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was super convenient to get to Anna Maria Island and the beach. The community pool was also great for the kids. We loved being able to walk to Floridays for food or drinks. However, I wish the owners would have put a little more into the amenities. There was a fire table on the lanai but no propane. We attempted to contact the management company but they didn't get back to us. It had single ply toilet paper in the bathrooms. There also wasn't a cooler for the use of renters. These little things didn't ruin our time but could be easily fixed with a little effort. As frequent renters in this part of Florida, the small touches can push certain properties over the top.

Quiet and spacious
I love coming to Anna Maria Island.!This year we decided to stay off island because of skyrocketing prices. Couldn’t have been happier with our condo, or proximity to the pool, and such easy access to the bridge to AMI. The condo was very private and spacious. I think my favorite part of the condo is the window wall that opens up to the screened in area, making it an extended living space. We had a great time and would love to return.

Summer Vacation 2021
We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to Anna Maria, just right before your go over the bridge. It was well stocked with appliances, beach items and our teenagers enjoyed using the 2 very nice bicycles to bike to island daily. The decor was very nice and still very cozy. We will be back!

Fantastic condo, close to beach, and great pool area!
We loved staying at this property! There was plenty of space for my family of 4, plus another family of 3. It was very clean. The pool area was wonderful. Storage closet with bikes and pool toys next to the covered parking space was great. The condo is a short drive to beautiful Anna Maria Island, white sandy beaches and tons of fun restaurants. It was easy to get ahold of the property management company whenever we needed them and they were able to answer all our questions promptly. We look forward to staying here again!

Very nice condo but terrible mosquito infestation
Very nice condo! Beautifully decorated! The location was just across the bridge from Anna Marie Island in a harbor. Having said that, there is a TERRIBLE mosquito infestation at the property. All the other owners and tenants spoke of the issue as well. It is so bad apparently that they fly helicopters over the location at night to spray. My wife and oldest daughter were literally eaten up by mosquitos. When walking our dog one time, he sniffed a bush and slightly shook it. Immediately, I saw 10 to 15 mosquitos fly off from this bush. There is a large lake on the property right behind this one and I am sure that attributes to some of the issue.

Comfortable Condo near beaches
It was relatively easy to gain access to the condo although we got into town late. Clean and comfortable. Looks new. Close to Anna Maria Island and all the beaches. Biggest complaint is we could not use all the amenities. The pool was small and noisy. Unfortunate smell of sewer? Near boat area
