Great stay. Everything clean and great. Only point is was very hot and the air conditioner needs serviced as basically did not cool the room but the room had ceiling fans which helped us keep cool.

Great property. Contains all that one requires. Spa and fire pit complemented the experience.

Exactly as it looked on the photos, great location, lots of space, massive garden for the dogs.... spa was used everyday....close enough to shops to be able to walk but far enough away to be quiet and secluded.... we all loved the place and we shall definitely be back again.... we had a wk there and came back relaxed and refreshed... Open plan living was great with the kids... and the mezzinine gave them a seperate area.... The owners thought of everything.... basic staples (to refil for the next people), firewood on site if needed, washer snd dryer (esp useful with kids)..... all in all a great place to stay for families or couples.... highly recommend this place

The accommodation was a lovely, well appointed space. It was clean and well kept. The spa was also a winner. We will be back.

I stayed at this wonderful property for 2 nights with my daughter (10) & our dog. The home is so close to the shops & cafes but you still feel like you are very secluded surrounded by nature on a quiet street. We spent a lot of time outside, loved the spa! Only (slight) negative was that we could not locate the wifi password, but to be fair this allowed us to reconnect with nature & tune out. The property is lovely with everything you need inside & more. Fresh towels were left throughout. Love the fireplace in the evening. So much space yet country cottage feel. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Spacious and very good location. Needs to be cleaned property. Please focus on the cleanliness as the property is really good for large families and walking distance to everything.

This property was wonderful, just a short stroll into town. Our young family were very comfortable here, unfortunately the house needed a good clean. Linen was clean and the house was tidy however cobwebs everywhere, floors needed to be cleaned, kids found rubbish from previous guests and we had to take out the kitchen bin. Spa was lovely at night looking up at the stars. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property which was warm welcoming with some lights on when we arrived in the evening. Bring dinner if you arrive after 8 because the restaurants/ cafes and supermarket close early.

Clean and airy place in a lovely garden. Everything worked really well, and warm outdoor spa was a lovely surprise. We will rent it again.

The property is perfectly located, it is beautiful and was comfortable. However, it was disappointing to find out that the spa was still out of order (after reading this in previous reviews many months before). Also, even for the most savvy wood fireplace user, the lack of reasonable size kindlings is a problem when trying to light the very large logs. it would have been nice to have some supply of proper kindlings. overall it was a nice stay and the place is lovely.

We had a lovely stay at Mountain Ash Lodge the house was very comfortable and in a great location. The garden and fire pit was wonderful and we had a cosy fire indoors at night. Our only gripe which is very small as others have commented would be to be provided more than quarter of a toilet roll in each bathroom and some extra bin bags as we had 5 adults two children staying. But as I say this was a minimal issue.

We loved the location, being in the centre of town, but also having the space of a big, private garden and house. Having child gates set up on the staircase, and a high chair available to use was really convenient, and we loved gathering around the wood fire for games and movie times together.

The house was perfect for us, had all the amenities we needed and was even nicer than the photos! It was very nice and clean, with a warm fire place and big couch which made it cosy. Would definitely book this house again next time we come up for a snow trip.

Overall very nice, although did not provide enough toilet paper, with shops shut this was frustrating for everyone. Dishes chipped and dishwasher full of food, basic maintenance required. Otherwise very nice

Had a great stay with our young kids. Property is in a great location with good proximity to town. Has everything you need.

We had a lovely quiet and relaxing long weekend. The fire kept us toasty with support from electric heating options while we watched the changing mist, rain and array of birds outside from the very comfortable lounge. Great well-equipped kitchen. and only a stone’s throw from the main street. Overall everything was high standard and well done.

Great property overall. Close to local attractions and shops. Comfortable with all the creature comforts. 1 bedroom down stairs and the rest are shared open planned rooms, no privacy. Property has spa sadly wasn’t working otherwise would have been great. My dog really enjoyed her stay. I’m grateful to find a nice accomodation that’s pet friendly.

This property is absolutely fabulous, everything was clean. The beds were super comfy as was the large corner couch. It's an easy stroll in one direction to the shopping strip where all the eateries are and in the other direction another nice walk to the local IGA. We had my elderly parents with us and they loved it. Dad was wrapt about sharing breakfast with the beautiful friendly King Parrots, Crimson Rosella's and Magpies. The house is well appointed with plenty of everything in the kitchen. Great supply of fire wood, games, magazines and books. We would definitely book this property again.

The couch was so dirty and in a state of disrepair we had to take a duvet from the spare bed to cover before we sat on it. Hot tub unusable! very very disappointed!

Only issue we had was the split system wasn’t working and we just wanted to turn it on first thing to warm the house up.

This place was simply amazing. It's less than a 5 minute walk from town and the shops, as well as the start of a number of bush walks etc. The place is super well-equipped, and the hot tub and outdoor fire pits are both wonderful. Highly recommend this one.

The house was clean and very pleasant accomodating our stay. The beds were especially comfortable ! The only down side was the spa that wasn’t warm enough and the muddy access to the house. We unfortunately couldn’t drive out for some time. Very muddy !

Perfect location for a family getaway to the snow (20 min drive to Lake Mountain). We loved the open space of this property and the jacuzzi and fire pit got a good work out. One minute walk to the Main Street was great too!

Loved it, and will book it again next year
