AC was making noise while using. It needs pest control also. Room number 525

Ambience is good

The sliding glass doors of the back don't have locks so there is a threat for children to fall backside..The furniture has to be repaired or replaced and bathroom switches are broken so there is a chance of electric shocks. Kindly look after these issues and rectify.

Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Issue of bedbugs and cockroaches

I got the room for 1900/-, which I think is a steal for the kind of facilities that you get. For other days, I've seen 5K for one night for the same room. It is very close to station, in fact walkable if you do not have huge luggage.

The property is extremely old. Staff is very un responsive. Bathroom Fittings coming off. Rooms are huge but not comfortable.

Treebo Tryst Metropolis Hyderabad location is easily approachable. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered to attend guest. I liked the behavior of staff of treating guest politely.

There was nothing what we didnt like.

The breakfast was excellent though I am a moderate eater I must tell the truth.

The main entrance does not have holding railings, it may be unsafe for senior citizens while going down. If a stainless steel or brass railing is provided, all senior citizens will feel secure while going down the stairs. Moreover it is safety requirement too.

Metropolis was a fantastic experience. Checking in was quick and easy, taking only 2 minutes. The receptionist was courteous and helpful.

The hotel's location and parking are excellent, and guests enjoy a comfortable stay. However, the internal lighting in the rooms is inadequate, and the bathroom accessories need to be replaced.
