Lovely clean and comfortable stay with free teas and coffees. Huge telly in the room with Netflix. Good view over harbour. Bathroom is lovely and is along the hallway not an ensuite so bring bedclothes! But is your own and a lovely roomy bath.

Couldn't park exactly outside as only a few spaces but can easily park a couple of minutes walk down the road next to playing field. Ok as long as you aren't worried about keeping an eye on your car.

Remote location. I was to travel with friend who due to illness had to cancel so getting to the location alone in the dark was a challenge

The location

The room was small and I think the cleaner was on holidays with crumbs on the floor, crisps in the bed with a bad smell, not overpowering but on the nose. The staff are rude, refusing to rectify the room, obviously underpaid and lack basic hospitality training. There are better places to stay that have the integrity to provide the right service.

Tv ONLY able to play Netflix with no normal tv channels accessible. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room where there was ample space for a kettle in side area. Shared house situation so had to listen to lots of domestic stuff outside our room door (son getting up for school etc) so awake at 7am

This property was very clean. We got helpful information about parking, good choice of free teas ( herbal, decaffeinated, different flavours) and coffees.

The bathroom we had was very nice and for our sole use but not en suite. But the hallway was well lit with motion sensitive lighting

We were greeted by Claudia, who took care of getting us a taxi from the train station.Lovely clean room in a charming condo. Storm the cat was also there to greet us. Bathroom was well set up with toiletries . Restaurants were 5 minute walk away. A pub, an Italian restaurant, and a great breakfast spot. I would recommend this spotless home for anyone staying in Newhaven. We were very well received into this comfortable home. Thank you, Claudia for a short, but great stay.

There was nothing that was missing to make this a very nice place to stay.

Le centre ville est annoncé à 300 mètres alors qu'il est à 1,2 kms ce qui n'est pas commode pour les piétons. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être proposé en sachant que l'accès à la cuisine n'est autorisé que pour une tasse de café ou thé.

Would have had coffee before leaving at 8am but could not access the kitchen. Having arrived late on the Friday, Ferries fault) I failed geography test on the morning to find the kitchen! The property is excellent in every way. Claudia has taken great care with the decoration.

The location was fine for our purposes - short walk for a bus into Brighton, and within walkable distance of Peacehaven parkrun. Our apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. We only stayed for one night, and did not use the shower, but it looked spectacular. The side room for relaxing and watching TV was very comfortable, with a massive screen and interesting 60s-style seating. Claudia provided a wide range of teas and coffee in the shared kitchen, with non-dairy milk alternatives. Claudia was a friendly, helpful and welcoming host.

Access to the shared kitchen was fine, but it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, a wider range of TV channels would be welcome.

Great location, Claudia really makes you feel like a welcome friend, the accommodation is absolutely spotless with everything you need, would recommend to anyone wanting an overnight in Newhaven.
